Good facility - fall short on service and comfort

The hotel is located in a quiet area. You'll need a car or a motor-bike to get to restaurants and the beach. The private pool is for adults only. Here are some of the things that can be improved:
- Inconsistent water temperature and pressure.
- The beds are as hard as wooden board.
- No extra pillows in the room.
- The main pool should be clean more often.
Please keep in mind this facility is a "Condo" not a hotel so you probably shouldn't expect the same level of customer service and/or quality.

perfect friendship getaway
quiet, serene, clean, away from buzzling clubbing scenes

was at regent condo with a couple of friends. it is indeed a perfect spot for friends to hang out and chill out especially. the clubbing area of patong is only less than 10 minutes away. although no breakfast provided, convenient store is just walking distance away and there are tonnes of street stalls along the main road.

We stayed here for more than one week. When we first arrived in the appartment we thought we would immeditately check out because of the bad smell. Apparently something went very wrong during construction because the walls were humid and full of mould. For more than one week we kept all the windows open with a full running aircon (very bad, but otherwise the smell was not bearable). We also started smoking inside to get rid of the smell. After one week the smell was less of we got used to it. We do a lot of bookings with Agoda and we are always happy. If you are allergic you definitely can't stay here. The pro's: very good wifi connection for free.

fab clean the only thing is one bedroom is smaller than the other so just bear this in mind befor you go maybe one couple pay more for the bigger bedroom and the other room has a single bed in we just used theis room for cases etc was great loads of space and great pool just had driks on the roof every night. you need get taxi to places but it is nice and quite also great pools to the ccomplex and helpfull staff. beds not comfortable but can cope with them.

My new wife and I stayed at this condo for 5 nights while we were having our wedding on a nearby beach. My parents and brother shared the unit with us. It is a condo with some hotel services. We were in a 3-bedroom penthouse condo and we were happy with the place overall. It was clean and the furnishings were modern. We had a small plunge pool on the rooftop which had a decent lounging area. It would have been nice if the rooftop had more seating.
The place was very good value considering it was peak season. We paid about 1600 USD for 5 nights. We also rented the same unit without a pool for other family members and the price was around $800 for 5 nights.
We would have liked to have a few extra things such as a toaster and a coffee maker. We also had trouble figuring out how to use the washing machine so it would have been nice if instructions were provided. In order to do laundry we would also have needed a drying rack. The place isn't really set up for preparing and eating whole meals for a group.
Cleaning was daily and it was of a decent quality. Sheets and towels were changed regularly.
The location was good for us, but we rented a car and some motorbikes. The walk to the beach isn't too bad (probably about 15 minutes if moving at a decent pace). The condo also provided a shuttle bus 4 times a day to the beach but we never used it.

We came as a group of three friends attending a wedding. The place was reasonably clean with modern fixtures and furniture. We found the beds comfortable and everything in reasonable working order.
It probably isn't the best location for those looking to party. We have been in Phuket many times before and knew our way around. We had our own transport and knew what kind of accommodation we were getting. The price was very reasonable at a bit over $150 a night for a three bedroom place during peak season.
The pools are both nice and well maintained. We would go back again given similar circumstances.
There are a couple of gyms you can use and a restaurant on the grounds. There are many good restaurants within a short walk.
Restaurant Tip:
The small restaurant to the right of the entrance does a good breakfast with decent coffee.

the stay at this location is just about the same as renting an apartment, hence expect no breakfast and 24hrs conciege. it is away from the noisy part of phuket. i will recommend you to rent a car or have a fully planned itinerary if you would like to stay here.

Booked 3 nights stay with Kamala Regent Condo, checked out the next day itself. Toilet is stuck, bed is super hard, roof top pool power point is not working, most of the power point is burnt in the condo. I have book many hotels but most of the hotel would refund me if im not satisfy with their service. This is the only hotel did not want to give me any refund. So people stay somewhere else! I manage to get a way much better hotel with the same price as well.
