Nice Place to stay, even in rainy days
Stay in the room was very comfortable, with a view to the pool in the garden.

Great stay, good breakfast. Sometime appears it noisy uncomfortable from the main road, even in the room. Between the rooms is a locked door. The door stops not much the background noise from the neighbour room. The neighbours were decent so it was not a problem.
At all, it was a nice stay for more than two weeks. Kamala is very touristic, but it's a good place. It's a small place with everything you need in two weeks of holiday.
Around 10 minutes to the beach.

if you're on a budget it's great

we stayed 3 nights and our 2 year old daughter enjoyed the Pool a lot. quite a walk from the beach and loud music at nighttime. the room walls are quite thin and you could hear the other people (not great if you're with kids!) at night.we loved the take out option from the restaurant!

We found this hotel and the pictures looked nice and the reviews were good. However we had some issues and were supposed to stay 13 nights but only stayed 2.
When we booked it said there was a microwave and kitchenette but there was no microwave just a fridge and wires hanging out the wall where it looks like a microwave would have gone. We later found out they decided to not install any microwaves at all in the units. The hotel was ok but very basic. The bed was comfortable but the couch was less than comfortable and we could not sit on it for long. The walls of the room were just plain cement color as was the floors(wood or tile floors would have made it much nicer).
The bathroom needs so much more and in our opinion has a very unfinished look and feel.
The pool and landscape around is very nice but they have a pool bar with swim up seats but no actual stocked bar at all and use the area for storage, so no drinks available pool side.
Overall if you looking for a relatively clean place for a couple of nights go for it but be aware of the very loud bar at the front of the hotel that kept us awake very late. Plus our room was next to the office and all you can smell is cooking from the restaurant attached to the office.
Travel tip:
Kamala main road is NOT nice and very run down. If you find a side walk that is not broken or a trip hazard I would be amazed.
The girl who seems to be in charge was very nice (her name is NAT)she is very helpful.

Very nice resort to saty, Swiming pool is best.

it is the best resort we stay in phuket. my son is very interested for the swimming pool and play in it everyday.the breakfast set meal is so good to try. and they also have the bbq buffet on sunday night.

Bad location, bad place, nice room

managed by russian people, not experience but kind, the room is big and clean. but the location is very bad. noisy, smelly, near a black water channel, really bad smell. service at restaurant is very slow: if they cannot make a scramble eggs in 25 minutes (and restaurant is not full) is better they change WORK!
