No wi-if despite being advertised, strong cigarette smell in non-smoking room and dirty sheets. I've been coming to Phuket for 10 years one of the worst experience.

Absolutely horrific experience at this hotel

We arrived at this hotel, and quickly realized as soon as we stepped inside what a huge mistake it was. We were unfortunately forced to stay one night, but quickly made arrangements to LEAVE and go to another hotel the first thing the next day.
This hotel is located directly above a nightclub/bar that pumps its music full blast until 4 am. Our walls were literally vibrating the entire time, and you could hear LOUD dance music clear as day in our room. Directly across the street is another loud bar with live music, that was also heard clear as day in our hotel room.
Lets talk about about the hotel itself for a second...GROSS AND DIRTY. I can't believe this hotel is even recommended. I was horrified that we had to sleep in that disgusting bed. The staff speaks NO english whatsoever, so communicating our need for a new room was very difficult. When we did, he said there was nothing he could do - room could not be changed. We were on the second floor. BEWARE, and check thoroughly before booking a hotel that you are not completely sure of.

this is the worst hotel i have EVER stayed in
toilet seat was broken
towels had giant holes and stains
there was no drinking water
the drinking glass looked like it hadnt been washed in years
pls avoid this hotel at all costs
