The beautiful Karon Beach is a pleasant 20-minute stroll, with good restaurants and shopping is nearby. The exciting nightlife of Patong is reached in 30 minutes by taxi. There is much to see in Phuket, but a favorite trip is to the famous Phi Phi and James Bond Islands (Ko Phing Kan) (made famous by the movie "The Man With The Golden Gun"). The hotel's well equipped rooms are a delight after a busy day and the budget price will add a nice smile to your holiday.

clean,big room with nice staffs.The price is worthy.

The telephone fee is extremely high. I just called a few minutes to a driver in puket, that costs me nearly half of the rental.

about 20 minutes to karon beach which has very clean water, but this beach does not have much entertainment.Paton beach is much more liveliness, take a tutu there needs 300 B. Generally speaking ,this hotel is worthy to live. But if you want to have a night life, it may not be a good choice.

my stayed in this hotel been very pleasant at an affordable price you get the quality of standard that most tourist want. i recommend this hotel without any doubts for whom can not afford or do not want to pay high prices for hotels along the beach. the employees are giving you a nice and polite service and are always ready to fill up your needs. free internet, coffee, and umbrella (when required)...are little things that are good to considerate.... if karon living room hotel is in your choices be confident to enjoy your stay..... thank you.

Large rooms which are fairly new, and a 15 minute walk from the beach

We really liked this hotel!! Showed up a day before our booking and they had no hassles getting us in. The rooms were big, clean and modern, there was free internet down in the lobby and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You can't really do better than this for the price.

Shopping Tip : The markets at the temple on the way to the beach are worth a trip
