My only last comment is that you will not be disappointed by any length of stay here at Karon Living Room.

Karon beach is very nice, not crowded at all. The tide is a bit rough though.You can take a minibus to Phuket town or Kata for 30 baht right from the hotel entrance.

The Karon Beach is a 15 minute walk from hotel but once you get there there are some outstanding value for money restaurants with great sea views.The bars ( and bargirls) are less commercial than in Patong
- Travel tip : If coming from Phuket town locate the local bus station and take a bus for 25 Baht instead of a tuktuk for 400 Baht
should be cheaper

This hotel is new, clean and reasonably priced. The staff were nice. They offered the low-floored room when requested when check in as I traveled with my grand mother who couldn't walk upstairs.
However, it's not as close to Karon beach as the map shows but the walk is around 20 minutes. Overall, we were quite happy with the stay.
