Beautiful relaxing hotel, Great View

This was a superb Hotel. On the hillside so it has a beautiful and one of the friendist staffs. I had an amazing warm welcome, much help in planning and coordinating activities outside the Hotel. One of the best massages. Just a great Romantic semi Secluded spot. Surrounded by jungle on three sides. And very centrally located.

a resort that worth staying for

it locates on the hill side, no public transport can drop by. luckily, there are shuttle "TUK TUK" arranged from the resort either to Karon Beach or Patong. but there is no pick up service from both places. besides, the spa service is good though it is a bit costly than outside~nice service as well~

I didn't regret picking this hotel. We actually took a lot of time picking where to stay in Phuket. Karon and Kata areas are always our favourite areas there, but there were so many hotels to look at. What caught us for this hotel was the view from the hill, room and infinity pool. When we arrived, we weren't kept wait for too long and there are lifts taking us to our room. The second lift up to the hill was quite slow though, but it was another nice experience as we had never had been to any hotel like before. The breakfast is super nice and varied every morning. The swimming pool and pool bar staff were excellent! We loved it here.

my stay in the resort was good despite several hiccups.
i reached the resort at night, was greeted with chilled prune juice and wet towel. was brought up to my room via inclined lift. the hot water was not readily available when i wanted to bath. i waited for about 1 hour plus before the hot water was ready. it didn't help much when i was already feeling tired after reaching the hotel at night. everything was great except for this hiccups. breakfast was great, there's free shuttle from resort to beach (but not for return), infinity pool is excellent! would recommend couples or travellers who want to relax and chill around in the resort.

I picked the hotel from the Agoda site.
I loved everything about the hotel. The staff were always helpful and attentive to any need. The restaurant food superb with both Thai and international fare available. The room was large with a great view and was always clean. The lift up the hillside to access the room was a novel and exciting trip.The swimming pool was so good with a great view over the town.
I would recommend.

The staff were very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. We were made to feel very special. Our room was sensational and provided us with a perfect opportunity to relax. Karon beach is a great place to stay and then explore all that Phuket has to offer.
