The staff were very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. We were made to feel very special. Our room was sensational and provided us with a perfect opportunity to relax. Karon beach is a great place to stay and then explore all that Phuket has to offer.

The staff were attentive but lacked a little in English skills. The whole place was very clean and quiet. the room was very nice but the bed was a bit hard and the jacuzzi took a long time to fill. It is located in one of my favourite parts of Phuket and is a 10 minute walk to the beach. Value for money I would happily recommend this hotel to a friend as long as they don't mind a few stairs.

good service, freindly, valuable, beautiful scenery from our room because it has big windows in both side. We got the corner room. The wifi at our building is broken when we stayed there.

Stay at hotel was pleasant with good views however the bed was uncomfortable. Rooms are spacious but design and furnishings are poor comparative to how much potential the hotel offers. Overall a great stay away from the hustle and bustle but easily accessible to the action in a moment.
