Great Service
The hotel was very nice with pleasant rooms. The swimming pool on the top floor was delightful.

Due to some mix up, the hotel was not aware of our arrival, but the service manager was more than helpful in helping us out find alternate accomodations since they were full. The service at this hotel was more than excellent. I would heartily recommend it.

Clean rooms, good and relatively cheap food at the top level. The lady boss at the top level services with a smile, very pleasant experience talking to her. Though some of her staff may need to work on this area. The hotel even provides a massage service that comes to your room to help give a relaxing massage.
Hotel is right next to a 24Hr family mart, so it's very convenient to get anything even in the middle of the night. A 5-10mins walk away there's also a Muay Thai gym, excellent for people who wants a little workout when they're there. Beach is also not too far away, great place for relaxing.

A place to stay if you don't care about cleaness
There is a 24hr minimart next to the hotel, it's very close to the Kata beach.

Cheap hotel with good facilities.
It is close to the Kata beach and there are alot of restaurants and shops nearby. Right next to the hotel is a 24hr familymart.
The cleaness is not very good. Some of the facilities in the room is broken or incomplete. The shower room doesn't have a door and the floor is dirty.
The hotel location is good and is close to the beach, making it easy for guests to go back and forth

Holiday in Phuket - Kata Beach
(1) Hotel ideally located within walking distance to the beach. (2) Convenience store just nextdoor & 7-eleven a few minutes walk from the hotel. (3) Room was large and well equipped with micro-wave oven, refrigerator and a safe-deposit box and electric hair-dryer. A Mini-kitchen at the balcony. (4) A mini-swimming pool on the rooftop complete with jacuzzi. (5) Delicious meals available at reasonable price though it starts daily quite late in the morning and last orders at 7p.m. (6) Plenty of spas and massage outlets all the streets to the beaches in Phuket.

(1) We were asked to pay for the extra person in our room. Most hotels did not mind having a 3rd person, as long as you did not request for extra bed or extra bottle of drinking water and towels. We did not mind paying for the extra but it wasn't stated clearly when we booked through Agoda. This matter was raised with the management and she agreed. If we were to know of the extra charges, we would have booked for only 2 nights instead of 5 nights. A similar hotel nearby offered us a much cheaper rate with no extra charges as I brought along 2 of my sons. (2) Transportation in phuket were quite expensive especially short distances, even for tuk-tuk or taxis. Hotels should provide free tuk-tuk services at least to the Kata or Karon beach like what most hotels did, when we were in Krabi; much for the convenience of room guests. (3) Generally, this is a good hotel, staff are friendly, and will surely come back to stay in this hotel in our future trips to Phuket.
Restaurant Tip:
There are few restaurants down the street which serve good and delicious Thai food.

Ce séjour a été des plus agréables . Le jus de fruits offert à l'arrivée nous annonçait déjà la qualité de l'hôtel . La chambre était très belle et très confortable , le personnel était discret mais efficace .

เป็นโรงแรมขนาดเล็กแต่มีการตกแต่งอย่างลงตัว ห้องขนาดพอเหมาะกับครอบครัว 3 คน พ่อแม่และลูก เข้าเช็คอินตอน 5 โมงเย็นติดขัดนิดหน่อย คือมีเด็กโตไปด้วย อายุ12ปี ซึ่งเราเองไม่ได้แจ้งไปตอนจองห้อง เลยต้องจ่ายเงินเพิ่มอีก 300 บาท แต่ถ้าเป็นเด็กเล็กไม่ต้องเสียเงินเพิ่มค่ะ โดยรวมถือว่าคุ้มนะคะ ไม่ต้องคิดมากจองเลย..

ที่กะตะ ไม่ไกลจากโรงแรมมากนัก มีตลาดสดให้เราไปซื้อของทะเลมาทำอาหารที่ห้องพักได้ค่ะ

โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่และสะอาด จำนวนห้องพักไม่มาก รู้สึกเป็นส่วนตัวดี เจ้าของร.ร.เป็นกันเองมากๆ แต่ป้ายร.ร.เล็กไปหน่อยสังเกตยาก แต่ที่ชอบมากคือมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เช่น ไมโครเวฟ ไดร์เป่าผม ตู้เซฟ เตาไฟฟ้า อ่างล้างจาน บาร์และสระว่ายน้ำบนดาดฟ้า ประทับใจมากค่ะ

เป็นโรงแรมที่ราคาถูกดูจากรูปแล้วสวย แต่พอเข้าพักจิงๆ ไม่สวยเหมือนในรูป ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามาก ห้องก้อไม่สะอาด ห้องอยู่ติดถนน ตอนกลางคืนไม่เงียบไม่เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบความสงบ โดยรวมแล้วไม่ผ่าน ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามากจิงๆตอนแรกนึกว่าผ่าเช็ดเท้าด้วยซ้ำ ไม่ไหว
