Luxurious Hotel Excellent Service with a Smile

I was treated extremely well and had pool access at the back door.There was so much to do everyday like exploring the beautiful islands, Snorkeling, Scuba diving, ATV's, Monkey shows, Elephant rides, Cabaret shows and much more. It was one of the best experiences in my life.

Away from the beach, but within walking distance from the beach.

The hotel is cosy for a solo traveller like me. Provided good service by providing transport to and from beach. The facilities in the room would need to be maintained. Shower in the toilet was leaking, there were ants in the toilet, signal to cable TV was disrupted.

Very nice resort but too far from the beach

Staff friendly and rooms were clean. Location was a little too far from the beach. Everything was added extra like Wifi. Other hotels had free Wifi, so this was dissapointing. Breakfast was OK, but you had to walk a way to the restaurant.

Quiet and relaxing
The pools. The main pool is great and the pool outside or the room's sliding glass door was incredible.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Transport to beach was available but it was only a short 10 min walk.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The beaches in Kata and Karon are really only for strong swimmers. The rip tide is insane - very strong.

The check in was fast and painless. The breadfast was very good. The staff was always sweet and smiling, not to mention, helpful. An excellent choice and very good value for the price. It is a ten minute walk to the beach, which I liked but for those who don't like to walk, the provide hourly van service.
Nightlife Tip:
kata is ok for nightlife but no the greatest. for that, you should go two towns north to patong

Great pool access room

Lucky Villa was very quiet and peaceful just what I needed but also a short walk to Kata Beach to access Restaurants Markets etc.
Patong was a short ride away so I felt like I had the best of both worlds.
The staff were amazing very happy and so helpful.
The breakfasts and all meals were great.
Go there you will love it.
