Good clean hotel. Pretty basic from the outside but nice room. No pool. Close to the beach and transport. Friendly front counter service. Good price on laundry service available next door. Would recommend to no frills traveller.

Great hotel to stay, no frills. Just basic clean comfortable room and nearby to amenities too (restaurant/mart/tuk tuk). a bit far from kata center, 20 mins on foot, but u can take tuk tuk for 200 baht for shopping. There are 2 beaches that u can go once u in the center, kata beach and karon beach, nice and beautiful beach. I would definitely come back again for more , as I only stayed for 2 nites and it wasn't enough to do all the activities coz it was raining during my stay. The best part of this hotel is the distance to nearest beach(kata noi) is just less than 5 mins .

Quiet spot, basic clean rooms, Value for money

Basic, clean room, not expensive. Hot water, air con, fridge, complimentary water. We had a deluxe room with a little balcony on to the street. Room 302. Staff friendly but not 5* service, they organised us a pick up from phuket airport which was very efficient.
kata noi beach, a 2 minute walk, a beautiful beach and a quiet haven away from chavy Patong. Good for young families and couples. Not for partying.
Pleasant 10 min walk to kata or 100BHT per person Tuk Tuk, where you can enjoy your evening with many restaurants, bars and massages. Not a party place, everything in Kata closed by 12.

Kata Noi pavilion is in a great location. It is across the street from beach. Right next to very fancy hotels. For this price bracket the location and hotel is top notch. Also it is a short walk in Kata which is probably the nicest of the beach towns in phucket
Only con was some if the staff weren't terribly helpfu. See amorn ( the owner) to get the help you need.
Also would be nice if the coffee shop opened when people normally drink coffee

the hotel is in walking distance to the beach, but has absolutely no view. you just look onto the wall of another resort. our room was very small but it was clean. there are some restaurants and some shops nearby but if you want to have some choice in shops and restaurants, you will have to take a tuc tuc to kata beach which is quite expensive. the downstairs bar seems to be quite a popular local hang out. i would not go back there.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a very nice pub/restaurant at the end of the beach tucked away into the rocks and forest. Great place!

This small hotel is friendly and clean and offers pleasant stay without luxury,someone may require. 50m walk to the beach,ideal location to make nice trips on south side of Phuket with a scooter , but even in 10 min walking range to Kata's shopping and restaurant area.

This little hotel is on the best Phuket Beach
Our room was quiet and comfortable with a king bed, and plenty off space.

Kata Noi Beach is the most Beautiful beach along the island of Phuket. Although the small town is dominated by a large beach front Hotel the Kata Noi Pavillion provides an economical place to stay in this cozy one street beachtown. The beach access is only five minutes away and the water is warm and beautiful.
Travel tip:
There is a resturant next to the Pavillion Hotel that serves excellent food. I love the face there is not any "nightlife" and the town is quiet at night,unlike so many noisy beach towns.

This is a well-priced stay in Kata Noi, considering the rooms at the Katathani, which dominates the rest of the area, can be quite expensive. I only stayed here for one night but would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at this lovely beach. Good sized rooms, big bed, aircon, basic but nice and clean.
Restaurant Tip:
Restaurant next door called Ta's does very nice food.
