A few days in relax
quite, nice garden, lunch restaurant
5
The breakfast was average and not very good in quality. The lift was very old. Internet connection was poor and slowly working.
The place is quite and relaxing inside and is an oasis with respect to the busy and traffic outside.
The beach is about 10 minutes walk. One evening we had a problem with the hot water in the bathroom and the assistance was rather quick.

Absolutely as advertised. Beautiful inside and out
Nice pools, beautiful grounds, nice sized rooms, thai decor, friendly, helpful staff
9.7
Myself and 15 and 12 yr old daughters loved our stay and made friends with many in the staff. Close walk to beach. We would love to stay again anytime at this lovely hotel. I can't think of anything that was not pleasent. Also get the breakfast, it was very good with large variety and changed every morning.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do the Hanuman ziplines, they were awesome. Buy fresh mango's on the street everyday, they melt in your mouth!
WE LOVE PHUKET!

Friendly staff and good location
8.7
Hotel is especially good for families either with young or older children.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Some island trips include more snorkling and less beach relaxation time, so make sure you ask for details.

Pleasant hotel
Helpful staff and courteous
8.7
Overall is pleasant.
However, there was a breakdown
of the wifi on the 13 Nov and only
functional on noon of 14 Nov.
Buffett dinner on Tuesday night is ok
but the singer was surpringly impressive.
Nightlife Tip:
The buffet dinner on Tuesday and Friday night
is value for money

the hotel receiptionist is not friendly
The hotel locations is a bit further from the beach
7
The room is quite nice, but the furniture is a bit old.
we had been given a room with pool view, but we even couldnt see the pool as there are high trees block our view.
but there is a nice thing from the hotel. they have excellent breakfast buffet menu.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walking 10 minutes to the beach, and try the food ad the restaurant near the hotel. dun forget to try hawaiian pizza.

If you like swimming, come here!
Pool, location in centre of town
10
We enjoyed our stay very much. The front desk were quick and efficient and our rooms spacious enough and with a beautiful decor (we booked two superiors - one for me and my girlfriend and one for her daughter). In fact the whole place feels like a thai temple! The mini bar is well-priced - only 40 baht a beer which seems very fair.
The pools are great - one normal one and another that goes right around the interior of the hotel (it is in a square shape) with lovely trees and bushes etc. It is great exploring its twists and turns. Get a ground floor room with steps into it if you can afford it (we couldnt!).
The only minus is the beach is a bit of a walk, but the location right in the middle of Kata is perfect for wandering out in the evening.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a shortage of space to put that many sunbeds because of the nice pools and grounds. If you want one or two, just get the staff to take away the towels the Germans put on them before breakfast as the rule is you can only leave towels on them for half an hour!

Beautiful Thai Hotel
Beautiful grounds, large rooms, huge swimming pools, good breakfast, friendly staff, good area.

this is a lovely thai hotel with friendly staff. the rooms are large, breakfast plenty of choice. the hotel is in good area of kata beach. the swimming pools are great and the grounds are beautiful. its a shame we had 8 consecutive days of torrential rain during our 14 day stay.
Hotel Feature Tip:
As well as above the hotel has free wi-fi and computers in reception, great for teenagers.

Hi we stayed here for two weeks and had a fantastic stay. The staff were great the room was beautiful .We had the pool access room right across from the bar loved it. Breakfast was nice.As for the complaints about this hotel it may not be the
Hilton? but neither is the cost.We will be back to kata palms in the future.Make sure to say hello to mick the pool barman nice bloke.
Restaurant Tip:
Try ging restaurant in Karon top food good price. Also try the red onion in Karon nice food staff not so friendly.
