This hotel is excellent. About a 5 minute walk to Kata Beach. Nice rooms and good service. Nothing needs improvement We have 2 small kids and really enjoyed this hotel. The pool is great and it is a very short walk to the beach. The food at the hotel is good but cheaper food can be found at nearby restaurants, especially try Natalees. The staff was great and the travel agent is very helpful and will give you a good deal on tours.

We visited the hotel during low season and got a very good price. Kata however is quite small and there is nothing much to do here except for the beach - it was raining when we were there...
The resort however is clean and ok. Very friendly staff!

This is a lovely resort with nice helpful people, but not having a lift makes it very hard for a person with a disability. The breakfast was very nice and the people in the cafe were very pleasant.
I personally would not go back to this resort again mainly because of the hardness of the beds, and having a disability struggled without a lift.
Because your company also made a mistake in the booking for the first day, then booked us into another hotel a few kilometers away the hotel transported us by ute, with my daugher heavily pregnant having to ride in the back.
Travel tip : The beach was very close and there was a great assortment of foods. Shopping in the night markets was very close.

the hotel is down an alley, seems the norn here though we had an enjoyable stay, room was clean and well set out, the bathroom has a open constantina window into the bedroom, we thought that was cute. the pool was well situated and good features, plenty of room to swim or relax. the restaurant had a sumptuous breakfast, with excellent staff. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Travel tip : very close to everything, beach, buses, shopping

Kata Beach is a great area, 15 minutes by tuk tuk to Patong. The area has a great selection of shops and stalls, and a wide range in restaurants. It is as easy walk to Kata Noi and Karon Beach when you want a change of scenery. Beautiful beach, snorkelling available and low key.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Airport taxis can be arranged through nearby travel agecies for 650 Thai baht which is much cheaper than through the taxi rank or hotel. Local shops do a great job of the laundry for 65 baht per kilogram.

No shower facilities after checkout. A nice place in the middle of Kata, close to many amenities. Beautiful swimming pool with various statues dotted around. Nice spacious, clean rooms.
We had a late departure from Phuket so we tried to get a late checkout, but they simply weren't interested. However, they allowed us to leave our bags. Problem was that, after a hot day at the beach and swimming, etc, we could have done with a shower, but they had no shower facilities available that we could use.

I had a fabulous time at Kata Poolside and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are lovely, the pools great and the staff is wonderful. I was sorry to leave, but unfortunately had to get back to work.

Location is good SONTEU gate, the beach is right in the convenience store. DLX room is clean and spacious rooms with bath in the shower booth.
