Terrible hotel and not friendly
best feature was leaving and seeing it behind us

Staff could learn manners, be helpful, have a smile and not try to rip people off. We had nothing but issues from the time we arrived. We had 4 rooms and none had warm water. Asked for two rooms to have double beds, they told us to push them together.So helpful. Asked for transfers from airport and they said arrange yourself at the airport. Again, so helpful. Couldnt get them to reply to emails to confirm anything. Two rooms supposed to have bedding for 3 people and was not done. Asked for replacement towel for pool after their staff took ours and told to go to room and wait for it. Towel turned up over 3 hours later. Service so quick, NOT. Try too charge us for the towel when we left plus countless other things we never used. Had a discussion and they finally realized it was thier mistake. New years dinner was compulsery and was a total rip off. Way Way overpriced for the crap they served up and drinks of any type were not included. Entertainment was sub standard and most people left early to find better. You can find much better than this. Dont waste your time and money here.Kata Palms Resort is next door and leaves this place well short and they are able to offer a smile.

Hotel fine but no smile and poor service

Staff at hotel,especially the ladies, never had a smile and were not helpful. No-one could understand English. New years meal and entertainment was not worth the money. Tried to charge for expenses that were not ours upon leaving and for towels missing etc which we never had in the first instant. Would not arrange airport transfers. Would not confirm booking or bed arrangement via email, in fact, very hard to get any response from them before arrival. Wanted a double bed and showed them paperwork confirming what we had asked for and they said push the single beds together, not that they would fix it for us and make the bed into a double.(great service) Would not stay here again, better hotels and friendlier staff near by.

L'hôtel se trouve une centaine de mettre de la plage, loin des bars et de la trépidante vie nocturne, qui demeurent facilement accessibles en taxi ou tuk tuk pour de modiques sommes.
Parfait pour le repos en dehors de la haute saison.

Bel hôtel mais travaux tout autour

L'hôtel est très bien, la piscine propre et grande, jacuzzi parfois en marche. Nous étions en juin 2011 et étions très dérrangés par les bruits de chantiers tout autour de l'hôtel toute la journée et jusqu'à parfois 23h00.Malgrés la jolie piscine nous étions obligés de quitter l'hôtel pour trouver le calme.Je pense que ces chantiers vont durer au moins une année puisqu'ils en sont juste au début.Le soir, ballet incessant d'aller retour de bus de touristes sur le parking en face des chambres.La climatisation était très bruyante, obligés de dormir avec des boules QUIES.Restaurant de l'hôtel correct.
Shopping Tip:
Les boutiques de la ville ferment à 22h00 et pour la location de mobylette on nous a demandé une caution de 300 dollars par mobylette que nous avions heureusement sur nous car début des vacances. Pas de réduction possible malgré la saison basse et personne très désagréable avec les touristes.Ce n'est pas le meilleur endroit de la Thaillande

受付カウンターのスタッフが要領悪く、予約確認書を出しても予約が入ってないようなことで待たされた。
最初の部屋が待たされた上に、狭くて朝食レストランの上の部屋で、
中国人が沢山だったため、朝早くからレストランの音や喋り声がうるさくて、
うんざりしました。
ピピ島行って帰ってきた部屋はプールサイドの静かで、きれいでした。
朝食はあまりよくなくて、がっかりでした。
Travel tip:
ダイビングのためにカタ地区に泊まりましたので、ショッピングにはあまりよくないし、景色もよくないです。値段のわりにお部屋がよく、プールもよかったです。

我们入住这家酒店是普吉岛的最后一天。酒店所在的卡塔海滩是我们看到的海滩中最美的。进入房间后，发现除了正常的白色浴巾外还有有蓝色的沙滩浴巾，附带两双沙滩拖鞋。只是距离卡塔海滩相对远了一些，因为要绕过一段路才能直通海滩。附近生活很方便，吃的，泰式按摩很容易找到。酒店还有水中酒吧，很有特色。早餐一般，不是特别好。

завтрак обычный, персонал дружелюбен, жили в третьем корпусе( у которого балконы на юг выходят) на третьем этаже, номер просторный с оригинальным дизайном,светлый,не влажный, с окнами во всю стену,сантехника и горячая вода в рабочем состоянии,кондиционер работает без режима авто, что не удобно.отель расположен относительно сторон света удачно, утром солнце не светит в окно.сейф только на ресепшен. имеется отельный трансфер с ценником как везде.есть детские бассейны. один бассейн расположен вдоль корпуса, в него можно заходить с балкона, если поселитесь на первом этаже.отель расположен ближе к южной части ката бич. шума улицы не слышно.wi-fi платный 100 бат час.уборка номером хорошая.в целом отель понравился.

Отель находится в шаговой доступности от пляжей Карон, Ката, Ката Ной, от огромного числа ресторанов

Жили в троем с ребенком 13 лет в номере с выходом в бассейн. Номер просторный, в бассейне плюхались до поздна, персонал не гонял постояльцев за поздние купания (официально в бассейне можно до 8 вечера купаться). Завтраки на любой вкус, каждый день разные. Хороший спа салон, отзывчивый персонал.
