Was a really good stay. Breakfast is excellent, and the rooftop bar is a brilliant view. We would stay again, but did not get the feeling that it was a 5 star hotel. Maybe the design.

Location, it is right at the beach ; the staff is very friendly ; the breakfast is excellent

Even though I did not like Patong beach too much and would prefer to live in Karon beach next time (much cleaner, better water, more family friendly, cheaper), the hotel has a great location, you can access the beach right from the pool area of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and your rooms are cleaned twice a day.
The breakfast is brilliant.

It seems to be the best hotel at Patong beach. Very close to bangla but at the same time at the 1st line quite at the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The only disadvantage I can mention is a lot of gays at the baech that is justin front of the hotel. Patong beach is the place fot adults not for children that`s why I would not recommend Patong beach for those wgo come to phuket with children

one of the best hotel we stayed. this is an excellent hotel with clean rooms, great location, excellent english-speaking staffs, courteous service personnel.
the hotel offers free drink in the mini-bar which they will replace everyday. there were three of us so they provided a total of 12 free drinking water; 3 in the mini bar, 3 in the toliet, 3 on the desk, and 3 more when the maid turn in the room for the evening.
coffee during breakfast are freshly brewed individually and you can get freshly squeezed juice as well. all these is part of the room package that includes breakfast. meals at the cafe is very reasonable. they are about the same price as food court at the shopping mall.

Great Location and Fantastic Services

My group of six occupying 3 pool access rooms have a great times staying a La Flora. Room is spacious with luxurious bathroom and amenities.
Beach is seconds away. Night entertainment and Shopping at Patong right outside the hotel. Massage in the hotel is also very good and though more expensive than the small shop outside is of greater value.
Dinner at hotel is abeit expensive. Christmas Eve dinner is exorbitant but the warm services make it bearable. Food at the coffee house is good and reasonable price.
Travel tip:
Be as casual as you can.

Beautiful hotel with great location

My family stayed 4 days at La Flora. The staff are friendly and service oriented. The sea view suite that we have is big and just next to the beach. Eventhough the view is blocked by trees which provided us with privacy, we could feel the sea breeze and from the balcony, it is just like sitting on the beach. And we love the outdoor shower.
And just outside the hotel, are rows of shops. McDonalds and Starbucks are just next to the hotel. Very convenient. Everything is within walking distance.
We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back.
