This is our first time to go on a trip with the whole family members of 3 generations. The design of the hotel rooms are just excellent for our families, especially the kitchen and the clean up service! All hotel activities are fit for our need and more than our expectation. Great!

We come with a big family, the hotel facilities are all designed considerate enough to fulfill all our needs. The friendly staff made our stay very comfortable. I reserve a second visit.

Very warm reception after a long flight and the hotel had the details of our next day plans. They briefed us appropriately as to what and when to do. The room 602 was very nice.. Cozy comfortable and had enough space, so the kids were happy. It had a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course.
The breakfast spread was very functional but had enough variety to make us happy.
Swimming pool had a waterslide and kids did have great fun in that.
Overall a very nice experience.

For a family holiday or just to relax and enjoy this is a wonderful part of Phuket and this hotel was very well priced for what it delivered. The surrounds are beautifully kept and the shuttle bus to other resorts and the Canal Village was so convenient. We came for my daughters wedding at the nearby chapel and everything was very easy and so well catered for. The highlight was the young elephant brought to be admired and entertain after the ceremony. Everything was great a little far away from the nightclubs if that is what you are looking for but plenty of food options around and lots to do if you wish to tour and see more of the island and it surroungs

a good place if a couple or family wishes to be away from hustle and bustle to spend quality family time.
the rooms are all facing the greenery of the golf course which gives a tranquil feeling.
the resort though only has one restaurant. however there is complimentary shuttle service to fetch guests to other amenities within the laguna area.
however it will be ideal if the resort provides shuttle service to the restaurants just outside the laguna to give guest a variety of choices yet maintain the privacy given by the stay in this area.

my wife, six year old daughter and i stayed at laguna holiday club phuket resort for the phuket marathon. we had a suite with bedroom for us and a sofa bed in the main room for our daughter, plen of space for all of us. the suite has cooking facilities and a fridge so good if you want to self cater. the hotel is a short walk from the shops and restaurants at canal village and it's not far to walk over to the beach, or take the free shuttle bus. the water taxis around the lagoons are fun too. the pool has a water slide and the hotel restaurant has a reasonable choice of thai and other dishes

Great location for Phuket marathon
Convenient to Phuket marathon, quiet part of island

This is a nice property very close to the Phuket marathon. It has beautiful views of the golf course and is very close to semi-private beaches along the Laguna resort hotels. The rooms are very nice and a great value during the low tourist season. The breakfast bar is very nice with late morning service. On the downside, there is no free wireless internet, the resort is isolated from genuine Thai food and culture. It is, however, a nice alternative to the busy Patong area. Overall, a great value.
