Great location but extremely hard beds

Don't stay here if you're planning on spending a day or two in bed. I went to Phuket to get some dental work (including wisdom tooth extraction) so planned for the probability of staying in my room for a day or two. I had bruises on my hips from the hardness of the bed.
Also, the room wasn't serviced consistently i.e. I'd have no extra loo paper and my friend in the next room would get 3 rolls, complimentary coffee/tea wouldn't be replaced. Things like this did for our last night.
Another complaint was the water which would be turned off at inappropriate times. At one time I was soaped up ready to rinse and, well, thankfully I had a large container of drinking water to use to do that.
If you're a light sleeper - don't take a room at the end of the building. You will get woken up by the rooster living over the back.
Other than all those negatives ... we had a great stay and it was great to sit back in the afternoon having a drink in the restaurant watching the world go by. Not sure if I would stay there again though as I prefer a bit of give to my bed.

the room is quite satisfiable. 10 mins walk to karon beach and many eateries near the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The entrance is disguised by a restaurant which took me some time to find the reception.

This hotel is very hard to find..ppl doesn't know it's hotel. We missed our phi phi island trip beacause of that! However it has a good restaurant located at the first floor.. The mojito and seafood is good here. Not every staff can communicate in English. We have a hard time to try to Talk to them when we missed our phi phi trip.. The hotel room is average. But not value for money.. No lift but the staff is very helpful with the luagguage.

Ödlefritt och bra läge!
Bra service, fint läge då de inte låg precis vid partyt men ändå bara en två minuters gång från stranden.

Mycket fint. Som sagt väldigt nära till allt. Precis vi det vackra templet i Karon där det är en suverän kvällsmarknad vissa dagar :)
