Good location, hotel room quite spacious, hotel breakfast was good. Bed quite comfortable. What you see is what you get. The photo of the hotel from the page is exactly what you can expect when you reach there. Hotel room is clean and tidy. The bed is also very comfortable. The breakfast serve by the hotel is also very good. The staffs over there are very friendly. Although there is no hair dryer in the room, you can request from the lobby. Also you can leave you luggage with the hotel during the last day after you check out of the hotel. They will help you to safeguard it. They also provide shower room for you to shower even after you have check out. Overall I had a pleasant experience during my 3 days over there and its definitely worth the money.
Restaurant Tip : If you walk straight from the hotel, there is a nice resturant down the road. The food there is surprising good and price wise not too bad.

The building is still on good maintain, clean and comfortable. Welcome staff and friendly even less talk due to less english. Actually most of rooms have good view (pool or city) although we didnot get it. So quite and cool to get some rest at night and 12 minutes walk to pathong beach and 25 minutes to Jungcylon (bigest phatong shoping center). Not worthed breakfast to 4 stars hotel, so-so taste and less menu. No slipper in the room and hard pillow hurted my neck. If you are expecting calm and quite condition this is the appropriate one and children will like the pool since there are shallow area available. the hotel quite near to the pathong beach only 12 minutes walk you will find clean and cool beach. if you get bored you can go to the jungcylon which only 25minutes walk or 20 minute from patong beach. Quite comprehensive hotel the hotel provided travel agency, transportation to or from airport with best price. However the english improvement for all the hotel's staff will completing the hotel's credit point.

The hotel was well located about 15 minutes from the main hub of Patong but by motorbike taxi 100 baht... Nice rooms, cleaned every day with new linen.. very comfortable overlooking the pool and a nice view of Patong.. Breakfasts were good and nice friendly staff on at restuarant all day.

Quiet area of Patong but close eneogh if you wanted to go to Karon ... Nice hotel, not over the top but clean, comfortable, affordable and very pleasant staff and amenities. Perhaps the bath/shower is a little high and would not be suitable for the elderly unless handrails installed or a step up system.. Parking limited out front and a very, very steep driveway, so if you have a car you need to be careull when entering and leaving... We both enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of this hotel. The staff were informative, attentative and very friendly at all times. The room was spacious but suggest a DVD/TVunit would be better in that most of the channels were not in English. A DVD player would assist as discs can be readily purchased at very cheap rates. The service was great, breakfasts, hot and fresh and sufficient. Would recommend this hotel for persons not wanting absolute luxury but perhaps a nice, clean hotel with caring staff. Room service and the servicing of the room was first class. Would definitely stay at this hotel again on any future trips.
Travel tip : Close to Simons Cabaret which is within walking distance from hotel approximately 10 minutes. Also a 7 Eleven about five minutes over the road was very handy for minor purchases.
