Nice hotel but just above a busy crossing

just went to phukhet for a week end to relax. chose patong because it was not too far from the airport, but it is a bit too busy to be very relaxing, and leelawadee boutique hotel is a good hotel, but it is built right above two very busy street, one of them being one of the main island road), as other review mention.

Good value for money; large room + private terrasse attached behind the room, not on the road; clean with all utilities in the bathroom.

we booked the other hotel before changing to this one. this hotel is really easy to find because it is located along the road which you will take around 10 to 15 minutes to the beach and the walking street. at night there's street food nearby too.
the owner of the hotel is quite nice. she recommended us the places to go and eat. she also offered a tour to us but you just need to bargain a bit. all of the staff are very nice and helpful.
the room is new, spacious and pleasant. actually there's no need to book the balcony view coz the view itself is not really nice .... and it is more expensive.

It is about a 10-minute walk from patong beach,so convenient
Also the who arranging for tours is very helpful and gave us good experience

Decent hotel, with good view...

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed the stay...the rooms are well cleaned and have a good view too...it has a small swimming pool too...and is close to patong beach, 2 min drive, has arking facility too for 2 wheelers...all shops(bike rental), hotels, are near by...the breakfast was decent enough, i would recommend this one...

Great Hotel, but long walk to the action

i went there with 2 other friends. we all had our own rooms, 2 on 1 floor and the other on a second floor. all the rooms were great for the price. they had an amazing breakfast that was included. the pool area was nice.
my only downfall was that it took about 20-25 minutes of walking to get to a good spot on the beach or to bangla rd. if you don't mind the walk, i would highly recommend this place.
Restaurant Tip:
Just down the main Rd. towards the beach, at about 6pm there is a scooter shop that when it closes they open up a little makeshift restaurant. The best pad thai in Thailand. I have been going to Thailand since 97' and by far the best. 40bht.

Overall, a pleasant hotel with large and clean rooms.
Only a 10 minute walk to the beach!
Fridge in room with two bottles of water free per day. In room safe was handy, but tricky to fit a laptop.
Breakfast was often empty if you went too late. Plus was the staff would cook two eggs anyway you like.
Rooms are definitely dated and there was some mold in the bathroom shower.
Swimming pool is very shallow and quite small.

I only had a quick over night stay mini bus 150 bt from airport took me straight to hotel. I was so tired after a 8 hour flight and was impressed by the service and how quick i got into the room and the rooms themselves were good Tv did i mention the bath.
