Nice spacious rooms, good swimming pool, friendly staff. My family stayed for 3 nights at Leelawadee hotel. We had an enjoyable time there - the hotel is quite new, the rooms are presentable with clean bathroom and TV.
The pool is small but that is ok becasue it is a small hotel.
Breakfast was our only disappointment - little choice if you don't like Thai.
Overall the hotel was v good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate going back there.
Note, it is not very close to the beach, though.
Shopping Tip : Go to the Jung Ceylon shopping mall - plenty to do/see and the food choices are good. Prices are better than along the beach.

Free breakfast included, simple and clean spacious rooms with balcony, nice pool, friendly staff, A really relaxed environment away from the noisy city nightlife View is of a street intersection, 20 minutes walk from town and 10 minute walk to beach. Not a 4 star but an excellent 3 star Great deal for the price especially if you book 3 or more days. Rent a motorbike(180 baht) and you have the freedom to go anywhere from the hotel including Karon Beach and Kamala Beach. Great proffesional spa next door with reasonable prices. Laundry service close by hotel. Overall a great hotel with everything you need for cheap
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Patong beach is not nearly as nice as Karon, Kamala, or other sorrounding beaches. If you like solitude and not being heckled by sellers I recommend motorbiking to another beach or picking another beach all together.

The hotel is quite a good bargain. It's not so magnificant, but can suit usual needs. You'll need to climb a little slope to get there and there're staircases to climb, too. However, the waiter helps us with our suitcases. Quite nice of him:) Room is to the standard, but there's no electric pot to boil water. Hairdryer can be borrowed from the front desk. Lastly, about the location, it's more than 10 minutes' walk to the beach and 8 minutes walk to the ladyboy show - Simon Cabaret. Cars are not easy to find near the hotel, so be prepared to pay a higher fare for transport.

Great view, close to shopping and everything. Elevator only goes to the third floor I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all friendly, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Any questions we had the staff were there to assist. The hotel restaurant had some really great meals at a great price. Even the free breakfast was great. I would definitly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Comfortable room, reasonable size, with strong showers, soft beds and pillows. No lift to rooms, have to carry luggage up two flights of steps to room from hotel lift and no covered walkway. Stayed at Boutique Hotel Leelawadee for 3 nights in May 09. The hotel is on a hill and is a short stroll from Oktop shopping center and walkable to Jung Ceylon shopping mall. 100 baht cab fare to or from the main drag, Thaveewong and Bangla Roads. Breakfast was ok with fresh fruit, juice, tea, coffee and cooked buffet of 4 selections, including bacon, sausage and egg. You could also order your eggs boiled, scrambled, fried or omelets. Breakfast room had a nice view over part of the town. Our room had a very pleasant outlook through large sliding doors onto a private landscaped garden.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Check out the wet market behind Jung Ceylon. Very interesting!

spacious room , clean, very good room service, nice view location of hotel far from the patong centre area ,by walking not worth it so best to rent a bike to go around .At nite hotel housekeeping not available, it should be 24hrs. The pillow is hard and not soft & comfy til i have difficulty to sleep. will consider to stay there again next trip and recommend to friends .

Not too far from the main drag, away from the main hub, peaceful, excellent facilities, staff were very helpful, spacious room, clean & a gt view over Patong. There is a lift from the lobby to the first floor only - we were on the 3rd floor, so alot of climbing - great exercise, at this stage not suitable over 65. They told us they were in the process of making things more easier Leelawadee Boutique Hotel is very well situated away from the beach, but still walking distance to the beach and to the main drag - night life - hotel itself was very comfortable - huge airy room with a beautiful view of Patong from your own private balcony. They clean your room to perfection every day. Staff in the restaurant - very helpful, nothing was too much, infact the whole hotel staff were fantastic. Hotel is walking distance to the main street where the night comes alive, short walk during the day to the beach and to the bus stop. We would definately recommend Leelawadee Boutique Hotel. We take this opportunity to thank all the hotel staff for making our stay a comfortable one.

Taxi around the area is quite expensive even for short distance. If possible can take motocycle taxi, which is a lot cheaper. The hotel just nearby the "Simon Shows", 5-10 minute walk.

Ant balcony, and swimming pools less Integrated speaking, better value for money hotel. But when we move to the balcony room we have arranged for facing a wall. Feeling very gloomy. We ask for the room, to pay 300 baht for the room by the swimming pool. Relatively small pool. It was a very enthusiastic staff.
