Overall is great. Staff is friendly, allow me to do use their computer to print my boarding pass although this service is not exist.
WIFI connectivity need to be improved. I was not able to connect to WIFI at most time.

it was an awesome hotel for me to stay in phuket.
the surrounding in the hotel,the friendly staff,the decoration of the hotel.

overall i loved this hotel.its very convinience for me to travel to the patong beach,jungceylon and bangla rd.just few mins walking distance.a great recommendation to all who wants a low budget yet comfortable place to stay during your holiday.the staff is incredibly attentive to our needs.upon me booking the hotel,i told them that,i need their help to make surprises for my fiance bday.but no reply from them at all.BUT to my surprise,after few mins we checked in,they knock on our door,and there they are singing a burfday song with a complimentary cake for my fiance.he was amazed!cant thank them enough.so this is highly recommended for all!

a dainty comfortable hometel which is conveniently located in the heart of Patong. Staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions that i threw to them. bathroom is huge! room is nicely designed for the price paid. cleaniness is another big plus point for his hometel.

非常满意的一次住宿经历，离江西冷购物中心只有5分钟步行路程，到芭东海滩有10-15分钟的不行路程。离酒吧一条街只有5分钟步行路程，对于夜生活的爱好者，这将是一个不错的选择。房间干净整洁，虽然比邻道路，但晚上还是非常安静。

Clean and nice, worth the value of money

The staff are attentive and very helpful. It's cheap. However, the minus points are there is no lift service, the beds are of poor quality. One can feel the spring beneath. And most importantly, the rooms aren't sound-proof!
