Disappointed all around. Never again.

I was really surprised by how bad this place was considering the positive reviews. Where to begin...Shockingly rude and dismissive receptionist which is rare for Thailand. Poorly maintained run down rooms, a serious mosquito problem, horrible breakfast, weak WiFi signal that doesn't reach all rooms, neighbours that play loud music until all hours. I could say more but what's the point. Take a hint. Think twice before staying here. It's cheap but it's substandard. You get what you pay for.

Friendly hotel, good location
Short distance - 5 minutes - to the beach, many good restaurants in the nearby surroundings, close to entertaiment but still quiet at night

Too short ;-)
Was planning to extend my stay from 5 to 35 days after experiencing the comforts of this hotel, but it was fully booked at the time i asked for extension.

We have a very nice holiday in thailand , our friend recommend this hotel to us , nice place, very friendly staff, but the opposite resturants are noiesy, overall it is a good place to stay! Will go again next time

Good hotel close to the beach

The hotel is a 3 min walk to the beach. The rooms are big with good AC and shower. There is a busy bar accross the street so it can be VERY loud some nights --> but it is very quiet if you wear earplugs. The restaurant is cheap and good. The hotel is located in the shopping / nightlife zone.

Hotel is great location with everything close by. Beach only 5 minute walk and many restaurants shops and motorcycle rentals etc at your doorstep. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Very good value for price with a good breakfast included. Off the main road so no traffic noise not a problem. Rooms large size with bay window looking up Soi. Highly recommend and will stay again next time i'm at Karon Beach

Room standard and location is excellent for this rate

My third stay at this hotel, prooves its value again. Most of the staff very helpful and friendly. The standard of cleaning is very good and the rooms more than satisfactory. I always have a room on the backside of the hotel with balcony, which makes it faily quiet compared to the frontside street commotion.
I will surely return.
Restaurant Tip:
Close by Papaya Restaurant has good and reasonable food.
Staff is really excellent and the facility very nice.

Great hotel, perfect location
Nice room size and amenities, very clean, friendly staff...

Best value hotel with high quality. It is at a great location for access to attractions in Karon. All restaurants and the night market are a short walk away. The beach is excellent because it is clean with big waves.
The only criticism is that I was expecting a pool, and this hotel does not have one, even though it says they do on Agoda.

Best value in Karon beach

i love this place. 2nd time back here and will be back again next year. great location 100m away from the beach surrounded by many restaurants to choose from. karon beach is beautiful-way nicer than its neighbor patong. for such an affordable price this place is hard to beat.
