Very comfortable guest house with large rooms. I had a flat screen tv, dvd player and dvds at reception that they will loan out. There was a decent size fridge for drinks and food. Air Conditioning worked well and internet was fast. There is a nightly local market 2 min walking distance away for food. Andrew who runs the guest house also runs a travel agency at reception. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I had a 6 pm bus to catch and he let me check out of my room at 3pm. That's unheard of!

I really enjoyed my stay at Loveli Boutique Guesthouse. Me being a solo male traveler, and not expecting too much, it was all that i needed it to be.It was also great to have the Phuket Travel Agency downstairs for any tours and travel needs.The Very friendly staff went out of thier way to make sure my stay was nothing but pleasent.

the receptionist is very helpful and always tried to settle our problems even it is not thier problems. always try to look for discounted fare for us when you purchase any tour from their tour agency located just ground floor of the guest house. very near to junceylon shopping mall. still walking distance to the beach if you like the fun of seeing things/shopping while walking

it is near the shopping center and about 10-minutes walk to the beach. the staff is nice, but for it is near the street, a bit noisy at night, and the shower in the room is leaking.

My friend and I were greeted by really great service bystaff - and we settled in real quickly. The rooms and bathroom are really clean and are kept so everyday which we felt was definitely one of the defining experiences. For the price we paid, its really reasonable and definitely a good place to choose. As many others have said, they have a travel agency downstairs, its nice to see it full of people coming in and out as well, puts you in the holiday mood all the time! We made full use of the free DVDs available for borrowing at the lobby, as well as the beach towels (which you could ask for before heading over to the beach!)

i stayed in both Loveli and Lekpong. the room of Loveli is not as good as Lekpong. and it looks this guesthouse does not have a reception in mid night and morning. the boss is very nice and he arranged me in another guesthouse which is opposite the street and obviously better because the air-conditioner is broke. Thanks for that.
