Clean room, had all the amenities i needed, ie, fridge, thick towels, cable tv, etc. Kinda far from the beach, get a motorbike they are only $4 usd a day and well worth it. Had a problem with them cleaning my room a couple of days but i talked to the manager and he seems to have fixed that problem. they have wifi, but i had to go downstairs in the lobby to use it, they also have free internet but the computers are french computers with a different keyboard layout. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much and would stay here again on my next trip. The staff was very helpful. Gave me tips on beaches to visit. The room was clean, big enough. I recommend this hotel for people on a budget, after all you don't stay in the hotel all day, They also have tour bookings right at the lobby.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Rent a motorbike and ride up the coast, within 20 mins your on beautiful beaches that are less crowded then Patong. I believe the name of the beach was Paradise Beach, you can ask the French manager.

Location can be hard to find The guesthouse can be a little hard to find if you are driving yourself around but, once there, it is a nice place to stay. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but not unreasonable. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly so the overall experience was positive. The main reason to stay here would be to save some money on your vacation. Hotels can be very expensive in the area but this is one option that makes Patong affordable. If you are the type that prefers to be out for the day and only need a place to sleep this is a good choice.

We liked the cleanliness of the place. Also it was quiet. The owner was friendly and helpful. too far from the ocean. the food was quite expensive. The motorcycle we rented was old and more expensive than other places that rent motorcycles. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel seemed to be new, if not then it is kept up very well. Our room was very clean and bright. The air conditioning was ice cold and the bed was soft. The owner is a nice French man who was helpful and knowledgeable. We felt the food was good but overpriced. Also the location was quiet but too far from the beach. I thought it was a good value overall. Just rent a motorcycle and you'll have a good time.
Hotel Feature Tip : Rent a motorcycle because it's just too far from the beach to walk in the heat and tuk-tuks cost too much to ride anytime you want to go anywhere.

people there is nice, room is very clean, the environment is good a little far from the beach The people there is very nice, the breakfast they provide is good , location is quiet , but a little bit far from the beach, overall, I like this hotel and will live there next time

Recent building, nice rooms with balcony. Friendly staff. Nicely designed building, good rooms, breakfast OK. Quite a walk from the beach though (more than 15 minutes), but then a motorcycle will cure that problem (international driver's license required!)
Staff is mainly french, with a free Pink Panther's accent in their English. The difference was only partially due to the inclusion of breakfast. Strange policy!

price, quiet at night. staff is really nice you get what you pay for in this. its clean but small. not romantic at all and just seems a little dirty, but its not.
the staff was friendly, breakfast was fair. the walk to the rest of Patong was too long to do twice. if you are on a budget this place would be good. print a map of its location. the best landmark is the fire station. most taxi drivers don:t know of it.
go somewhere else for breakfast. and spend the money on a scooter if you're here.

It is so clean..and comfortable to stay.. It just a little far from the beach..but other than that is OK.. I know is a bit late for giving comment..sorry for delay..
Honestly.. My husband and i did not expect this guest house will gave us such a good impression..! We only pay for low rate for 3 nights, but what we get back are more than a 4 star/ 5 star provides..! The room and other area of the guest house is so so clean. The staff over there is very friendly and helpful! Although they can not speak good English, but they always try on it..! Another thing that my husband couldn't forget is the BBQ stall in front of the guest house. It is so nice & cheap! Everyday when we came back from beach/ shopping/ dinners definitely we will buy few sticks to eat. The taste is just so delicious, don't how to describe.. you must TRY it.. GOOD WORK..!
Restaurant Tip : Just try their local food Thai Fish cake, Fried Sticky noodle, local fruits, Mc Donald's (especially the Pork burger.. yummy)..etc
BUT if you are on budget holiday.. try not to go for Seafood near the Patong beach.. it is very expensive..

hard to find even for the locals
my room had no scenery As i arrived at M's guest house i was welcomed by a french receptionist - which is good, as am french, so good surprise. He showed me the room, quite big, huge bed, and clean. The place is a bit far from the center but if you don't mind walking 10 minutes to get there it's ok; the pro: it's quiet !!
Travel tip : If you plan to go to an island, don't book it in the hotel; you'd rather go near the beach and compare prices !!!

Very nice building and rooms. A little too far from the beach. (20+ minutes by walking) The building is very lovely, with clean and tidy rooms. The room inside is also well organized. Air condition, fridge and plants. The place is quiet. The weekness is -- it's a little too far from the beach, takes about 25 minutes walking. And it's not famous enough for the taxi drivers to find it. Another thing disappointed me a little bit is that the room has no scenery at all -- so the rooms on the other side would be better.
Restaurant Tip : Some small local restaurants nearby.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Quit location in Patong. Friendly personnel. Good bar. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much. Friendly staff who likes to entertain their guests by talking to them or sitting with them at the bar. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. TV has many channels. The small outside bar is great and gives you a little bit the feeling that you are in Mexico or something. Center of Patong is 8 to 10 minutes with a motor scooter.
Hotel Feature Tip : Take the room that has the view over the area where there are no buildings.

It is very clean and comfortable room with friendly staffs. Good view to mountain and you can hear birds sing songs. It is a little bit far from the beach, which will take almost 25 minutes by walk to beach overall, it is very good guest house in Patong area with low price. The room is large and clean. and the boss of the guest house are 2 frenchmen, who are very friendly and funny, you will feel happy to stay there.
Restaurant Tip : not many restaurants around and it is a little bit inconvenient for food if you are hungry. So suggest there will be some restaurants around there if possible
