i enjoyed again maikhao dream, running the morning along the winding road, and walking through the nicely landscaped gardens to the beach, while the room was a cool haven in the heat of the day.

Pang nga hotel
quiet and private beach front hotel

I reserved this hotel by mistake, thought this one is the same location as MaiKhao dream hotel in Phuket at MaiKhao Beach. But this hotel is in Pang Nga provience which I had to cross bridge to get outside of Phuket, althought 10 miniutes drive from the bridge.
Hotel is nice private beach front and quiet, but the section of entrance road still underconstruction, so a bit difficult to drive during the rainy season cause there are many mud puddies along the way.
But the hotel and the rooms are very nice, new and very clean. Best value for money.
This hotel is further away from city, so better rent a car to go there. Taxi to go to Phuket city is around 1,200-1,800 THB.

Best hotel ever

Cant say enough about this hotel, i had one Deluxe suite for 3nights. Was prob the best 3nights in a long time. Upon arrival there was live music performed just for me. Really good service by the ppl working there. The pool, spa food places are just amazing. I got one welcome spa treatment, it was 15min back massage. The hotel has a shuttle leaving every day at 10.30 to Phuket, takes about one 1hour to get there. Its about. They also have one BMW 7 series limo service. I had this BMW to the airport my last day, it was really nice. for the BMW 7 to the airport.
The beach is really nice, they also have activities on the beach every day. You can rent kajak as well. There are 2 food places, one thai and one Mediterranean. both are really good.
Its truly a perl hidden from all the rush n tourism.

글쎄...가족단위 여행객에게 적합(단 비싼 부대비용을 감안한다면...)

생각보다도 더 외진곳에 있어서 주변에 아무것도 없습니다.
호텔의 시설만을 이용해야 합니다.
가격 많이 비쌉니다..
어린이들을 위한 프로그램 및 수영장 시설이 좋은 편이라 가족단위에게는 좋을듯 합니다.
그런데... 지역적 특성이라고 해야 할지.....
4일을 묵었는데.. 2일되는날 방에 쥐가 나타났습니다.
정말 놀라 죽는줄 알았습니다.
순박한 말단 호텔 직원들이 와서 잡아줬는데.. 너무 순박하게 웃는 바람에.. 이걸 심각하게 넘어가야 할지.. 웃고 넘어가야 할지...
쥐가 나온걸 무슨 다람쥐 잡은 듯 하는 분위기라니....
여행기분 망치고 싶지 않아서..그냥 방을 옮기는 것으로 정리하고 말았습니다.
한번이상 가게될것 같지는 않습니다.

服务一流的迷人酒店
非常美丽的酒店，无论是环境、客房和服务都达到了真正的五星享受。

起初我们从普吉码头花500泰铢坐mini bus说要到这个酒店，司机一口答应，估计还能少钱。结果司机把我们拉到了另一个maikhao dream的酒店，后来我们才知道两家酒店都是同属一个品牌一个公司，所以大家打车时一定要跟司机再三确认是natai的那个maikhao dream。由此我们从另一个酒店又花了泰铢到了正确的酒店。不知道是不是因为酒店的taxi比较贵，虽然很肉痛，但因为附近没什么出租车，所以只好坐了酒店的出租车，但车比较好，是三菱的越野车，也很干净，花了半个小时把我们送到了我们要住的这家maikhao dream。本来已经觉得之前那家maikhao dream很霸道了，我们还担心我们订的这一家maikhao dream会比那个差，结果我只能说，有过之而无不及，看到酒店，走进大堂的那一刻我们就非常惊喜了。服务员送上了花环和饮料，让我们等待check in。穿过大厅就看到庭院中的美丽夜景，有喷泉，游泳池和小亭子，客房在左右两侧，像联排别墅一样，穿过庭院和游泳池就是海滩了。进了房间，里面布置得温馨而有质感，还特意给我们准备了一盘水果和甜点。房间有一个很漂亮的露台，跟隔壁的房间是挨着的。我们很安心的休息了一晚。第二天一早起来看到白天的酒店又是一阵感叹啊。酒店 有两个餐厅，一个泰式一个西式，两个餐厅都在沙滩边，边吃饭边看海景，泰式餐厅汇聚了泰国各个地区的特色美食，但好像只是晚上开放。早餐和午餐都可以在西餐厅解决。酒店住客很少，可能因为位置比较不在主流地区，但其实离普吉机场也才30分钟车程不到，说起来比巴东还近。此外，周围几乎没有什么娱乐，主要活动都在酒店内部，每天下午4点，酒店会有mini bus送住客到附近的市场，5点30回酒店。周一到周五是supermarket，运气好的话，周末去就是传统市场。去市场可以做一些生活补给，买点吃的。这一点酒店也算非常贴心。酒店还提供很多体育项目，划船，钓鱼，自行车，沙滩排球等等，类似瑜伽高尔夫之类的是要付费的，其它很多都是免费的，还有免费的健身房。由于住客少，所以，整个酒店非常安静，有自己的私人海滩，感觉与世隔绝，很适合休闲，再加上服务员都很热情周到，所以一点都不会觉得不方便。如果你在繁忙的旅程之后想找个地方住一住，安静的休息几天真的是个非常好的选择。环境非常优美，每一幅照片都像画一样。非常推荐大家去住一下。
Travel tip:
酒店有taxi可以送住客到机场，价格为泰铢，但同时前台的服务员会告知你，也可以帮你叫local taxi，价格为泰铢。
