We have requested for the airport transfer and at the airport we were greeted by a very smartly dressed man and he directed us to the shiny and spacious Toyota Camry and knowing we were thirsty, we offered us 2 bottles of drink. We will very satisfied with his service and driving skill so we decided to engage th hotel for our return airport transfer again as it was so worth it. When we reached the villa, we were overwhelmed. The room is so much better than what we expected. Very clean, big, comfortable and make us dont feel like going out. The administrative work was also done within 5 mins by the receiptionist. Excellent! We also ordered the breakfast from the villa and the staff came into our room to cook. The utensils are displayed properly and food was nice. We enjoyed our breakfast very much with our pool just beside us. The ambience was perfect! What's more can we ask for if everything is perfect? Absolutely value for money!

Excellent Service, Clean Environment, Complimentary laptop and dvd, Friendly and helpful staff, kata beach is just 5 mins walk away.

Restuarant is not so appealing

• Restaurant Tip : There are few good restuarant around, recommended Horn's Grill, Ratri and La Scala.

Overall a good hotel, but the fact that there was ants almost everywhere made me check out a night earlier than I would have hoped. Service is generally very good and the staff are very polite.

Great Location, central to restuarants and shops. Swimming pool by room is amazing. Free Wifi in the room. Large shower and bath. DVD library for free movies.

Had ant infestation in room at times. Lizards roam free because the kitchen is outdoors. TV in bedroom very small compared to other 5 star hotels. Cleanliness is a concern with the amount of insects.
