I had big accident while visiting phi phi island and suppose to checkout this hotel next day at 1opm but management understandand my condition and not allowed me to stay until 5 but also provide me facality to drop airport on wheel chair and other needed support.
Apart from all these hotel is best for family though it is very from main phuket area but it is managebale since phukettown is very crowdy and not good place for peaceful stay

this place is great for the family although if your after the beach this is a bit of a hassle.
45 minutes at least from patong so hard to get there if that what you want.
room was great and the resort has a supermarket next door.

This was a last minute replacement hotel as the other one (Naiharm hotel) cancelled my booking the morning of the planned check in date. Considering those elements, this was an OK solution, 4 stars accomodation, a bit run down.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Good to the Hong ceremony or to the elephants ride: both excursions are worth doing

Small grounds, compared to the Marriott Phuket beach club. stay there if you can! But as always grea service. Was unable to offer late checkout beyond 12, but kindly offered another room to shower and washup before our flight at 6.
