Very nice hotel, diffidently go back there again.

The stay was very good, myself and 7 other boys really enjoyed the stay.
We weren't bothered by staff, rooms were always cleaned daily and room service is 24hours.

Good location, 10 min walk to bangla road, Junceylon n patong beach.

Nice pool, certain pool view rooms are nice but not all

cleaning of the hotel room was indescribable - balcony doors ere left open, floors were not swept or mopped, linen wasnt changed, towels were not left behind. constant calls were made to reception for things like towels, bathroom accessories etc. quite ridiculous for mercure

Pool is very child friendly but lcoation is a little too out.

room cleaning was not up to mercures standard even after several complaints. Cleaners were forgetting to leave towels after cleaning the room. forgetting to lock our balcony door, not changing linen eventhough it was dirty.

Great hotel great location!
Walking distance to anywhere in Patong!

The Mercure is a great new hotel with all that is needed for a vacation in Phuket! Its great location was a big plus for us. There are many restaurants in the area and there's a mall nearby. Soi Bangla is near too so it was great for getting back after a long night out. Very good for the money!

it was a nice place to stay ...very close to city and food street...just few min walk.
And the poolside area is really nice...
Just few min walk from hotel to the Shopping Mall...
But as we stayed at 1/F, it was quite noisy as its close to the staff working area/ the kitchen...i'm not sure...
just heard their talking at early morning.
Restaurant Tip:
seafood street is just few min walk...the price is cheap with quality seafood...but the hygiene is a concern...

It's still an Accor hotel, so you're guaranteed its acceptable standard

Have to admit, this is not the optimum choice in downtown Phuket. If you want location & better quality, better choose its sister hotel, Novotel.
The hotel is quite basic with reasonable pricing.
Need 10-15 minutes to walk to downtown Phuket (Jungceylon Mall).
Restaurant Tip:
Try Mr. Good's Seafood, couple of steps from Jungceylon Mall. Very crowded with good quality seafood.

Nice hotel bit of a walk or baht took took to bangla. Watch out for the 1400 baht extra lady guest fee ouch!!

Hard Rock across the road. Can't go wrong
