The pools were great that interconnected.
Resturants had a variety of local and international menus. The hotel is a bit of a distance to Patong Beach.
Shuttle could operate a little longer at night. We enjoyed our stay at this resort we came with our daughter her husband and two grandchildren 4 years and 18mths. The staff were so friendly to all of us especially the children. We visited the kids club just once and its was ok for the little kids. The location was a little way out from Patong Beach but the shuttle bus was great to get into Patong Beach. I was surprised to find we could go to Patong was well with the shuttle but the shuttle was not often enough incase we got to hot to return with it. There are 2 beaches one at the resort another a short walking distance that had bars and restuarants to rest and get a drink they also had boats for hire and you could go by boat to Patong Beach. There were 2 monkeys on the beach that you could play with but take care as someone was bitten but one of them as it was being teased.
Shopping Tip : You can get your laundry cleaned cheaper in Patong Beach 1Kg for 50baht or 7baht for 1 item

Nice pools, good breakfasts, wonderful check in process, nightly entertainment, free shuttle bus to Patong/phuket town Walkways are old/need update, switchboard operator is useless, shower backed up repeatedly in bathroom. Overall the resort is fine. Its not amazing and certainly not 5 star. The pool access room is very good though. However the primary issues are this:
1. My partner became very ill late at night at the resort - i phoned reception to get a doctor to attend. They hung up on me. I tried again - they said that there is no doctor and hung up. I phoned back and asked for an ambulance (it was that serious involving spitting up blood). They again hung up on me. Then 30 mins later (if it was heart attack the person would have died), i get a call from the hospital suggesting i bring my partner via taxi to ensure that they get there... This IS UNACCEPTABLE. It is life threatening.
2. The woman at reception when receiving a tailor for final measurements was completely rude/inflexible and patronising. She knew it was a tailor as they recommended this tailor. So i fail to see why they were not allowed on premises.
3. Food was ridiculously expensive at resort.
Shopping Tip : Dont bother with tailoring in Patong unless you have at least 7 days and are willing to organise entire trip around the tailor visits. Also DJ Tailors are to be avoided like the plague.

secluded away from the bustle of Patong , has three decent size pools to choose from , and pool bar and poolside food and drink service .free bus service to Patong , central world and Phuket town . Beach is not that great , unless the tide is in to cover the rocks .Avoid late breakfasts as it gets very busy .Wifi is only available in reception at a charge .Room sizes are average ideal for 2 occupants ,but if you have an extra bed like me for a child , then it can seem a bit tight in the room . nestled about 3- 4 miles south of Patong , this hotels is close enough to Throbbing Patong but far enough away to be peaceful retreat . Although food and drink
in the hotel is quite pricy , but the standard is quite high . Almost every room has a pool view or beach view . staff are all friendly and courteous ,
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Taxis from the hotel are expensive , best using the free bus
