Realxing holiday

we really enjoyed our 5-day stay there in our room with a direct excess to an amazing pool landscaping and the pool area. room was very nice and big and clean. hotel is a bit off the main road and there is no noise. stuff was very friendly. walking distance to the beach was only 10 min. shopping areas very close. we really can recommend this hotel and consider to go back for another short term holiday. The only thing i did not like that much was that the whole island is occupied by russians and that most of the vendors are now from Myanmar or burma and they are unfriendly and the prices for bargain are very spoiled!

Metadee was ok, got there late and was upgraded to a pool access room because all the pool view rooms were full. Clean but was a bit dated and lots of Mosquitos. Room service was annoying coming so late everyday. Swimming pool was nice as well as the rain shower and massive bath tub. Not a bad stay in all.

We had a villa pool access room which was great. The swimming pool was huge with nature view around. The staff was so kind and helpfull. The breakfast was ok. I will be happy to sttay there again in the future.

Very nice hotel, staff are always with big smile. The passionate mango provided by the bar near swimming pool is very delicious with cheap price. Since the villa is surrounded by many trees, there are many mosquitoes, so be careful and dont switch on the light in the bathing room when u sleep, otherwise u will see many mosquitoes when u get up.

Perfect holiday at Metadee! First of all, the staff are friendly & always ready to attend to our needs. Breakfast is superb! The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the main road, but very quiet at the same time. Buggy service & van to kata beach are provided. We checked out at 5:30 & wasnt able to avail the breakfast which was included in our booking, to our surprise, they packed some bread, yogurt, fruits, juices for us to bring. We did enjoy every minute of our stay at Metadee. Highly recommended.

We booked a Deluxe Pool Access Room which we enjoyed very much. Unfortunately, that was the only thing we liked about the Metadee Resort. The walk from the resort to the main road is very far, and while they tell you that the bellman will take you back and forth, they are rarely immediately accessible. We also were led to believe the resort was on the beach which it was also a 15-20 minute walk there. They did have a shuttle that would take you to the beach, but would not take you back to the resort. So if you want to stay in your room and enjoy the pool, the Metadee would be ok, but if a long walk past a budget motel in order to get anywhere might bother you stay elsewhere!

Nice hotel with a lovely pool

I liked the resrt, it looks lovely with nice gardens and a gorgeous, huge pool. I however, did not like the area and would not return there. Luckily the hotel was nice so I spent most of my time in my room. The staff are ok but don't go to any special effort and the taxi service is a rip-off.
