Stay at metropole hotel was very excited because we provided the room at 16th floor, form 16th floor the view of the town was very good and we enjoyed with the stay very much.

room is big

staff is not professional

hotel room is big, but the staff is not professional. For check out they need to check the room 2 times, goes and back to the receptionist desk. It's wasting time. And when I booked my breakfast in the box one day before early morning check out they said it's okay. In fact, Im waiting more than 15 minutes and breakfast is not ready...

A hotel that has seen better days and is in urgent need of a refit. I felt this permeated down to the staff who generally gave the impression of indifference. The locale was handy for most tourists' objectives and, therefore, somewhat disapointing that the hotel was a let down. The Pearl, also an old hotel appeared in much better health. The Metropole updated will garner much new business!
