Location to shopping centre accesible ,next to the hotel only. good service.

This is my second time staying at the this hotel, everything remain the same,is just that we prefer the lake side room more than the beachside room, breakfast was good, enoungh for my appetite until 4pm.best hotel i stay in phuket and best for families with children.
Restaurant Tip:
the food court at the basement floor of the shopping centre provides exceptional value for money good food!!

On arrival to the hotel Millenium my wife had a shower only to find water leaked badly... after advising reception we were given a new room immediately, the staff were very courteous and helpful in every aspect. The hotel is only minutes away from shopping. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try AM Tours in Patong... I found they provided great value tours, HIGHLY RECOMMENCED!!

Millennium Hotel
Location was good - close to shops, and approx 15mins walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and large. Tourist desk staff were very helpful.

Millennium was pleasant and clean, and the staff were always helpful. The hotel is located near a major shopping centre, which is more geared for western tourists. Plenty of places to shop on the streets though. I don't know that I would call it a "resort" - the pool was fairly basic as were some of the other areas, but it was certainly well presented. More assistance with transfers to the beach area would have been appreciated.
Travel tip:
Get a tuktuk to take you to Patong Beach and ask them to drop you at the restaurants that are actually on the beach. A really pleasant and quiet area for a meal.

The place is very nice, the location is great and the food very good. People are very nice with guests, the rooms are very clean and the bed was really good. I am glad that I stayed there because we did not have to spend a lot of money on taxis and cabs, the mall is righ there and you can walk there or the restaurants around the place, also very quiet at night which is great because that way you can get some rest, the pool also very nice and the spa. I will recommend this place, except because they charge a lot of money if you want or need to make a collect call to your country wich I find it wrong because that's why is collect, so you do not have to pay a lot of money but aside that everything was very good.
Nightlife Tip:
It is very easy to get to the clubs at night because you can walk, the location is great!

Awesome Hotel
Loved this hotel! Great rooms, fantastic pool area and the breakfast was amazing every morning. The staff was also friendly and attentive. It was very convenient being attached to the shopping mall.

I have stayed in phuket 12 times and each time at a different hotel, bed and breakfast or hostel. This is by far the nicest place Ive stayed at. This hotel is fantastic and has won me over for all of my future stays in phuket. The amenities at this hotel was amazing, the pool, the breakfast, the gym. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Just superb!!!

We had a lovely time during our stay in Millennium Resort Phuket . Initially, we were a little skeptical after reading the reviews received during your transition period from Holiday Inn Millennium Resort. We had a spectacular view of the city from our room on the 4th floor. The staff were very courteous and helpful and the breakfast spread was simply marvelous. We will definitely come back again and recommend the hotel to our friends. The hotel's public facilities are excellent, as are the staff. Pool and gardens are beautiful. The location is good. We were ably assisted in making ongoing reservations for another hotel. The included breakfast was outstanding . Our room was large and comfortable. Only complaint – the room needed internet access. It was clean, and in good condition not surprising for the fine quality of the hotel. Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one

Great selection of night life and bars near by.

This was a very pleasant place to stay. The location was a short distance to the main area but still very quite. the staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble.The breakfast had a great selection and all delicious. The bed was very comfortable.

Do the Pee Pee Island day trip is was excellent
Have a facial in the ajoining shopping centre (Jungleceylon)as you walk through the ajoining doors the place is on the right

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good clean rooms. Handy being attached to the Jungceylon shopping centre (especially on the rainy days)

Overall, the hotel is quite modern and clean. Being in the heart of Patong and approximately 300m from the beach, it was a great hotel to base ourselves from as we planned to spend little time in the hotel and instead explore the various shopping malls and tours. It is certainly a good clean hotel to come back to after a long day out. The day spa was a great experience and an excellent value for money.

We would recommend this resort and indeed we will be staying there again next year. The cabana room was perfect, we loved being able to access the pool from our room. Also being attached to the shopping centre was perfect.
Shopping Tip:
With the shopping centre being next door i did heaps of shopping without getting wet (as we went in the rainy season) and plenty of facial massages. Perfect.
