Everything about this hotel was pretty decent. Rooms were clean and large. Only concern was the noise as the clubs across the way have heavy bass that you can slightly feel/hear. I didnt return home until late so not a problem. Room service was fast and food tasted good. Breakfast was huge as well.
They charge for in room internet but I was able to find a connection without paying that was reliable and fast - perhaps it was the lobby or they made a mistake

It's a lovely hotel, spacious room and very good location for shopping. We stayed just 2 nights, and didn't have much time for swimming pool and wandering around hotel. But the location is everything. The Jucelyn shopping mall in Patong is just next door, you can access directly through first floor of the hotel. I love it!

the location of this hotel is perfect, right on top of the biggest shopping mall Jungceylung @ Patong. beach is just about 5-10 min walk. there are many nearby small restaurants to choose from. The only thing I didnt particular like is that since this is a 5 stars hotel, the swimming pool should be much bigger than what it had. also the night club next door's sound can penetrate into a 2 layers window. but other than that, this hotel is great!
Restaurant Tip:
a local restaurant No.6 is very close by. very nice local restaurant, always packed, price is cheap and delicious. Shakes are only 50baht

During the 4 days stay, all our group members are happy. But only the lobby & corridor area have mosquito. If don't have, it will be perfect!

Great location and quite big room

Millennium Resort atlakeside is nice and open concept.It has nice and delicious breakfast.The hotel is conneced to the biggest shopping center in Phuket.There are many restuarants serving different kind of food.Cheap massage and also facial.The hotel has very nice pool and the staff are attentive and polite.The beach is about 7 mins away from the hotel with many activities to do.Will stay in this hotel again when in Phuket.

Great hotel, well appointed rooms. Close to Bangla road..literally steps from bangla road. Near Ceylon shopping plaza. Close to a lot of restaurants. Location is probably one of the best in Phuket. Can get noisy at night though from the loud music playing around nearby bars but not that big of a deal.
Spacious rooms with balcony. No free wifi in rooms.

wasn't a bad place to stay however make sure you close the door because there are a lot of mosquitos.
clean. the only real issue was the shower leaked due to a very poor design i would imagine this would be fixed at some point by the hotel??
great pool nice layout, good breakfast selection.

They have 2 buildings and they select the guest on their nationality or Origen and so on because when we arrived I asked to put us to the building which we been before 3 years ago the receptionist reject it and she was not friendly too and when we accept to go to the non European Origen we saw that every body are non European Origen and after that I returned to main building , I saw that most of fthe guests are European Origen.
I was very surprise that in Thailand they do that or may be it is policy of this hotel which is not nice.
