Overall the hotel is great except the staff. The staff were so badly trained. They cant even understand simple English. We had to repeat and use really simple English to get what we want. But this is not the only hotel that had this problem. The whole trip in Phuket in Khao Lak we encounter this problem. This hotel is in the best location in Phuket and it was very new and clean. So i wont complain more.

This hotel is very new and clean.Located at Patong beach. Its modern design and deco. I like this hotel very much. Very convenient. The hotel is just next to Jungceylon shopping centre. I can find the place for dinner and supper easily.
Nightlife Tip:
Near night market and bangle road which is alot pubs & restaurants around. Happening location!!

We return to this hotel for the great location. We booked during our traveling in Khao Lak, a day before the check in date. We could not access the internet until the day we were departing to Phuket. I didn't know that I can't do two booking on the same day for the same hotel. So, it took hours before the problem was solved. But the hotel was great as they let us check in even without the voucher.

Hotel location was great. I enjoyed my stay at hotel very well. Some personal needs more training specially those who works in restaurant and served breakfast. I think that it is good if there is possibility to use the pool under longer period during the day. As a whole I am satisfied with the hotel but there option for more developing.

My experience with Millenimum
design of the room was nice. room was spacious. best location with convenient shopping

overall i enjoyed my 4 nights stay in the hotel. room was nicely designed and spacious and clean.room was cosy and comfortable. the pool was just a few steps away from my room, simply walked will do. best is their location, the hotel is linked to the biggest shopping centre in phuket, it is really convenient. but maybe staff attitude should be improved and varieties of food shall be increased in their cafe.

Good value
Good location, friendly staff, nice rooms.

My two day stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is connected to a shopping center with many food and entertainment establishments. It is also a short walk to Patong beach. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I had a very good room service waiter and asked for him every time.

Millenium Resort is very new and it is situated right next to the shopping mall Jungceylon and at the junction of the most happening Bangla Road. We had a room in the Beachside wing. It is called Beachside but it is very far from the beach. The hotel is very new. We had a nice big room on the top floor. It is near to all those pubs and discos but it is very quiet in the room. We enjoy it very much.

Patong, on the Thai island of Phuket, is famous (or infamous) for its non-stop partying and nightlife. The Millennium Resort hotel there provided a great location to enjoy an easy walk to the nightlife and restaurants, yet also provided a high degree of luxury and tranquility at very reasonable prices. Alongside the hotel is the Jungceylon shopping mall, a multi-storied complex that houses a movie multiplex, bowling alley, tons of shops, spas, and restaurants of high caliber. The Millennium will definitely be my choice to stay at again when I return to Patong!
Restaurant Tip:
Patong's best restaurants are the small, local ones - especially the fresh seafood restaurants on the main strip.

Very nice hotel in Patong.
Very good value for money. Close to shopping mall and restaurant. Good services. Beautiful room.

We stayed at this hotel and found that it is a very good one. Nice and clean room with very welcome customer services. Not too expensive as well.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There are 2 wings separated by the shopping mall. Those 2 wings have different interior design. Pick the one you like.

1. location is TOP: close to the center of Patong, next to shopping mall
2. rooms: are perfect size
3. swimming pool on the roof top
4. breakfast is super: fresh juices, dim sum, noodle soup, waffles, pancakes, fruit,...

The hotel has a perfect location. Close to the center of Patong and next to the shopping center.
Also perfect if you wanna explore the island South or South West. You can do this by scooter (200-300 bath per day).
Breakfast is the best hotel breakfast we had.
Pool on the roof is perfect
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
go into the mall:
-for dinner: fine dinning by Blue Elephant (corner)
-for massage: down in the shopping mall
-bar of Sofitel on the beachfront has the best service
