This is a very nice hotel with a very good location. It is attached to the biggest shopping mall in Phuket, so if you prefer the beach, choose another hotel. Design in the lobby with a small pond in nice. The standard room has an average size but acceptable. Though be careful as bathrooms cannot be locked and the shower is separated from the bed by glass! I had young children so I had to take my showers really early in the morning.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You don't have to take your tours from the lobby's only office. Go to the mall nearby and look all over the place as they keep open till night time.

The hotel is very central to everything , night life to restaurant and shopping centre and beach , but the staffs knowledge was way below a 5 stars hotel standard and the food was terrible for the value of money .

Friendly staff, quite new rooms, located nearby Bangla road (Centrum).

Comparing to other hotels in this region, the price is quite high, so the money for value ratio is certainly not the best.
The rooms are in a good and clean condition and the staff is friendly. it fits the needs of businessmen. restaurant is good but expensive.

This hotel is mostly a 4* hotel rather than a 5*.
The people at the cafeteria were nice but the people at the lobby forgot their smiles and don't know how to speak softly to the clients. Will rather go to another hotel next time.

Had a very enjoyable stay at Millenium Hotel
It was very clean and staff were very friendly. It was right next to one of the newest and best shopping centres in Phuket. It had a lovely pool area and gym. The rooms were very stylish and modern.

The hotel was right in the centre of the tourist area, a short walk from the Bangla road night life. Markets were all around, and getting transport from the hotel was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Nothing was too much for the smiling and gracious staff.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to lots of cheap markets, but also the shopping centre was full of very nice upmarket shops therefor catering to tourists of all classes.

Third visit there, food at the hotel costly. Escentika spa is fantastic but prices could be more competitive. Left my chain and pendant in the bathrobe at the spa, only realized the next morning. The masseuse should have checked the pockets of the robe but fortunately, the manager by the name of Zaki went all the way to find the missing pendant immediately after notifying him, so pleased to get back my jewelry, thank you so much Zaki! Keep it up! The deluxe room facing the pool is simply beautiful.
Restaurant Tip:
Good Thai food available at Jungceylon.

The hotel is new, modern and in a good location connected to Jung Ceylon Mall. Good for shopping, near to all the restaurants and shopping area. Excellent buffet breakfast.

very friendly staff and helpful ,relatively clean room and well equiped ,we were upgraded to a delux room at no extra cost and even got a late check out with no problem ,Good pool area to relax and nice gym.good value for money for such a nice hotel,we stayed at the lakeside section which i find more relaxed .On my next visit i would use this hotel again
Shopping Tip:
Better to buy in the shopping centre as the prices are more reasonable. Shopping at the market you tend to get ripped off with fakes if you do not know your prices. They start off with high prices and the you spend on bargaining it’s not worth the effort unless you have lot of spare time
