nice comfortable hotel in an excellent location attached to the bigest shopping mall on the island and in the heart of patong. the staff were very attentive, polite and attended to all your needs overall giving a great service

I must say that we have enjoyed our stay at the millinium with its excellent location although its furniture is a bit tired and need real cleanining, the decorations lacks character, but the breakfast was fine with plenty to chose from. The staff are not so frindly, arriving so late to Phuket after a long flight one would expect a better treatment at the front desk, this was also observed to other Phuket beach activities they were not so frindly as they used to be, prices ahve sky roketed, one trip that we will not forget is the trip to James bond asland with VIP tour operator I would strongly recommend that you try it

Amazing hotel with excellent service
Located at a happening place in all over Phuket

excellent service accompanied by well maintained rooms and a perfect location for shopping and leisure. having a direct connection to the mall is a benefit to the guests who would like to roam around as well as shop or grab a grub without even bothering to take a cab. an excellent hotel overall and would definitely recommend a stay here.

Good location, clean room and good breakfast!
The location is very central and good for couples with young kids.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. The swimming pool is good. Only issue is the number of mosquitoes at public areas. There is no free wifi inside hotel room. Have to go lobby and public area to access free wifi. Very near to Patong beach and nightlife, food and shopping.

Phuket in Style

The bath is big enough to comfortably fit 2 adults.
The bed was so comfortable, one of the best I've slept on.
Service was spot on, quick and no stress.
Check and Check out process were excellent and quick
Hotel is connected to a mall, access is discrete but you can walk straight into the mall without having to go onto the streets. Located minutes from Bangla Rd, but without the noise and away from the loud nightlife.
Shopping Tip:
Shoppers tends to mark up their first price quite high and it also depends on which country you're from. If you can speak Thai, then do it, you'll get local prices. Chinese tends to get charged much more. Try to get about 60% off the first price quoted. Singlet, no more than 100b. Shorts, 250b max. However tuk tuk and cabs are different, metres not the ideal option. 200b is the max you'd pay to get around where its more than a 10mins ride. Anything else 100b to 150b max. Keep bartering as they will eventually give in. Remember, if you think its too much whether its shopping or taxi/tuk tuk, you can say no and walk away as there are hundreds more shops of the same and other taxi/tuktuk that are waiting around for your service and money :)

Superb Location with GREAT room!!!

The hotel is located within 2mins walk to the shopping centre, supermarket & nightlife. You won't even need to walk in the sun, there is a linkage between the hotel & the shopping centre. Room was great - clean & size was okay for us (2 adults & a toddler). The front desk staff provided good service as well. Will return and stay at the same hotel again. The only con is that the breakfast served was slightly below standard... Spread was okay but quality not really good.
