Elegant resort in the hustle of Patong
Great location, adjacent to a huge shopping mall

we enjoyed our stay at the millennium resort on patong beach. it's conveniently located next to the jungceylon, which is a huge mall with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. it is also around the corner from the rowdy bungla strip, which is sure to keep you entertained after sundown no matter what your vices are. the slight downside is that it is about a 10 min walk to the beach and crossing the busy streets during the day is a bit of a pain and slightly dangerous. however, the hotel pool is gorgeous and you could easily forget the beach and just relax by the pool!

Very convenient upmarket hotel

we stayed at this hotel in october 2011 for the first time. the location is fantastic as it connects to the jungceylon shopping center. shopping, bars and restaurants are therefore very close by. nevertheless we were never bothered by any noise and got good sleep. breakfeast buffet was good with plenty of various foods. i have been in hotels with more choice but one usually doesn't need hundreds of choices. all-in-all a pleasant stay in this hotel. we will definitely come back.
Nightlife Tip:
check out rock city - for those who like good hard rock music.

Sparkling clean and fantastic service
Our Cabana room was amazing

Definately worth the money to stay in a Cabana room where we could swim out from our room to the main pool area. Very friendly staff and the hotel seemed to be brand new.

Had a pool view room thought it might be near the pool wrong you nearly needed binos to actually see the pool. Check in was very slow but the rooms were huge and very clean the balcony was always swimming in water from aircon runoffs. Room servicing very slow puyt on make up room come back 5 hours later and its still not made up.

Very good location being connected to jungceylon mall. A bit pricy as room is just average and certainly not five star. The lift needs a touch up to match with the otherwise neat arrangement. There were mosquitoes in the room when we got in. Dont forget to get fresh fruit juice during breakfast.

upon arrival we were given an upgrade for our 4 nights which is always a nice start. breakfasts were fantastic, staff pleasant, room was spacious (40sqm), gym was great, pool was nice.
only issue we encountered was the terribly slow lifts (4 lifts catering for 500 rooms) which frustrated us every time we went up or down - most of the time they took so long to arrive that we walked on the stairs.
overall, we would stay there again, however would request a lower floor room to solve the lifts problem as much as poss.
Restaurant Tip:
seafood restaurant in the Night Bazzaar market - opposite the theartre show - fresh, cheap and good location.

Its very nice to stay we all enjoyed connected to ceylonjunction shopping mall Halal food is very easy to get.veg food and sea food is bit expensive.
Shopping Tip:
just bargain into half price.if the shop keeper says 500 T.B just say 250 T.B that's it.finally he will give for 250 T.B

Relaxing hotel and service with a smile
the location is great, just next to the shipping mall, only a min. time to get to the mall and in the heart of Patong

we are very impressed about the interior design and feel of the hotel which is totally different from the outlook. we felt very relax and found the spa and swimming pool so great and you can even spend whole day in the hotel! good and i will definately recommend friends to stay (i have already recommended my friends already!)

need to plan what you wanna eat everyday!
