This hotel was beautiful. The rooms and amenities as well as the lobbies were modern and astetically appealing. The staff were very helpful and hospitable. We had little to complain about and overall, we were very happy with our stay here.
location as far as shopping, beach and nightlife
The hotel itself was beautiful
its a bit nit-picky but at times, there were a few mosquitos and because it was a new building, the smell could put you off as well. The bathtub is very high which makes it difficult to get into
- Shopping Tip : Shopping at the supermarkets will save you alot of money at the same time will make it much more convenient, especially when fighting the heat or rain outside.

rooms are new, so very clean. services just so so, the staff are trying hard to be professional. Breakfast sucks, looks like some 3 stars have better breakfast. The pool and gym are good, the location is very convenient, but try to stay on the beach side, as lakeside is a little bit further.

Location is great, very near to the shopping centre JungCeylon and the local shops. Swimming pool area is very nice. Spa service excellent.Staff service brilliant.
Our room faces the carpark building so the view is not pretty. The shower room could be reduced to give a bigger living spaces in the bedroom.
- Shopping Tip : The 15-minute facial located on the ground floor in the shopping Mall near the side entrance of the hotel is great.

Overall the hotel was good value for money, and the facilities are top notch. I stayed on the lakeside which as has been mentioned before has the better pool area and the gym. I was surprised at the amount of children that were staying in the hotel, as I had read on the website that it was an over 18s resort.
Location, facilities
Lack of mini bar, children...
Good Choice

In my opinion, Millennium Resorts was a godd choice. The hotel is located in Patong, which is very convenient place for shopping and is easy to get the sight visiting information there. The breakfast hotel provided was good;and the swimming pool is a nice place where we spent a half day.The staffs of the hotel were polite and they were ready to offer helps.
Good location and food. The room was clean and tidy.Nice swimming pool. And the staffs of the hotel were polite and enthusiastic.
The facilities in the room were just ordinary.
good hotel

it is a very good hotel, next to the shopping mall, cheap price, the room is very big, and the bed is very comfort. the spa in the hotel is also very good too, two swimming pools is good enough for you to have a wonderful swim and sunbath. the service is very good too. no additional charge for early check-in since i arrive the hotel at arround 11am. close to the beach as well, just walk around 5 mins can reach the beach.
best design, next to the shopping mall, good service, good swimming pool and good spa
i think better to have a bigger swimming pool in the beachside of the hotel
- Shopping Tip : you can buy a lot of fruit in the supper market

We had upgrade to a deluxe room in Lakeside Wing, expected something better than a view over concrete into the Jungceylon Shopping Centre. Balcony almost unusable because of loud music from Heineken Bar each night and various entertainments in open area of Jungceylon. Suggest doubleglazing of balcony doors/windows. Did not like bathroom arrangement, washbasin was in bedroom area and there was no bath or mirror in actual bathroom so teethbrushing etc. was not able to be done in private! Large pool and excellent and friendly service from pool staff.
Direct access into Jungceylon Shopping Centre

Very convenient near to Bangla street, beach and shopping. Surrounding, new and well-kept. Plenty to do. Hotel should charge a cheaper rate for late check out till 5pm instead of Baht 1700. Thus, agoda offers more attractive rate for full day stay. Bar at the beach side wing should offer live performance, and more varieties could be provided for in-room massage by the hotel instead of the head and foot massage. Hotel should continue with the in room dining promotion of 50 percent discount or else guests will look for cheaper alternatives at Jungceylon.
Near Jungceylon, lots of restaurnats and shops
Short of manpower, reception cannot speak and understand english well
- Restaurant Tip : The Thai food court- varieties of Siam, food good and cheap, easy to purchase using cash card, refundable for unused amount.
Fun and worth to visit

From my personal point of the Mllenium Hotel in Phuket is very suitable for families wishing to recreation and shopping malls, where also the wonderful adjacent to the hotel, does not recommend taking the taxi from the Office of the hotel or cruise also because prices are too high
SPa treated very bad,; The prices are kind of exploitation final piece of advice preferred booking in the side overlooking the lake where the wonderful landscapes
All workers in the hotel tourist respectful for tourist and nice smile never leaving them
No suitable choices in breakfast, especially for Muslims
