Although it's a 5 star hotel but their amenities really need to be improved. eg, Rusty hangers for the guests.
The cleanliness of the room need to be addressed too as housekeeping only clean the area which are visible and ignore others. Eg Only clean the basin but not side of it which has a thick black stain.

Bad smell in the reception area, check in took a long time. Shower is without curtain, water splashes onto the floor for each shower. View of some of the room might be great, mine was facing the roof of a shopping mall. Great location, close to shopping mall, and walking distance to the beach.

Very clean hotel with funny logistic

Hotel is clean, nicely located in the mddle of exotic phuket night life.
Logistic seems strange because you check in at one building and then get sent to another building quite far away by hotel buggy, passing through even the town traffic.

Exact location for someone looking for fun and sex

Centre of Patong beach area, nearby Jungceylon Mall , easy access to restaurant!

during this period, i have a nice time staying at Millennium Resort, Patong! Its great, nice room, friendly staffs!

This is the only 5 Star hotel that is situated in the middle of Patong where all the activities are. The hotel is connected to Jungceylon mall so it is easy for shopping or getting anything that is needed. The hotel is smacked in the middle of Phuket action. Shopping, recreation, eating, clubbing, u name it and everything is just a walking distance away.

Great location but facilities are separated.
It is just adjacent to big mega mall in Patong

Room is cleaned with reasonable size but the bath tub that need to install with grab rail for elderly to cross over safely.
Shopping Tip:
Since the hotel is separated into two area, namely Beach and Lake,but all are adjacent to one Shopping Mall. Very convenient to move around.

My worst experiece in 12 years of travel to Phuket

only advise stay away. advertised as a 5 star hotel maybe a 3 star at most the rooms are old and dusty, on arrival opened my mini bar for a drink it smelt like a cat died in it and the drinks were at room temprature, granted they replaced it within 2 hours but for 5 stars should never of happened.house keeping are useless left my room at 1030am leaving the make up room light on only to return at 1645 to find the room as i left it.as a business traveler wifi is essentual only to find wifi is restricted to common areas ie the non airconditioned lobby and pool area, the other 3 hotels i stayed in all had free room wifi. when the duty manager was questioned about the wifi he was abrupt and rude and only choice given me pay for room internet. please take my advise stay away i have been traveling to thailand for 15 years for business and leasure and this hotel is not to the normal standard found in thailand

Lovely hotel with great location
Door men are very friendly with great service. Spacious room and clean, modern.

The location is great, close to Jongcylong, the shopping mall. We had a spacious deluxe room with king bed, lakeside, close to pool. The room looks modern and clean. Disadvantage is that it's a little bit overpriced, paid about $per night with breakfast. Kind of expensive. Breakfast does not have too many options and seats are limited and we had to sit at the patio. Anyway, it's a decent hotel.
