The best feature of the hotel is the location, quite and close to the center.
The rooms are poor furniture and dirty and now I'm counting items, those were promised but not real:
- no bathrobes
- no hair blower
- no internet connection
- no daily newspapers
- no laundry service
- not even a laundry rack for drying the swimwear
- no sauna
Unfortunately the showed facilities are not real and i would never more book this hotel and i can't recommend to other peoples. Most staff of reception were unfriendly and for the demanded room rate you can get much better rooms close to this hotel.
Nightlife Tip : located close to Bangla Road.

most aspects of the hotel were, at best, average.
The location, opposite Christin massage, was a few minutes away from most things and far enough away from the main drag of Bungla Road.
there is nothing "happy" about the place.
The staff seem uninspired, the Hotel requires renovation
it seems there is no money in the budget for general maintenance of the hotel.
Our room, had a broken toilet seat and torn shower curtains... small things yes... but still things you would expect to be remedied quickly once they were noticed to be damaged.
Do not use the Hotel's Taxi service.... The fella with the black volvo will take advantage whenever possible!
I could stay again..... but I would prefer to stay elsewhere.

Very cheap hotel with a decent location if your looking to go out most nights. Also, very tall building so you can find your way back to it quite easily. Since it is on the 2nd main road back from the hotel the markets are close and are cheaper due to the location.
Quality of the room is of poor standard. No restaurant and the pool is on the east side of hotel so gets only a little sun in the morning.
The hotel is what it is. A cheap room with nothing great in it. Many people will not want to stay here as it is a little dirty, very poor rooms but in reality you get what you pay for. If you want a better hotel, pay for one.

On one occasion the lift would not take me to the ground floor as the button was not working so I had to get off on the 1st floor and walk down the stairs. If this is a problem for you then this is not the right hotel for you. I really enjoyed the breakfast as they cook you eggs on request.
Restaurant Tip : Try a different restaurant for every meal.

Quiet, reasonably priced, unique sculptures at the entrance.
Location: downtown. Shopping convenience: restaurants out there, surrounded by a lot of food shops. Decoration: entry hall Department but there are some relatively small sculpture chic. Overall rating: Health and clean, quiet, fair price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : To go out to cross the road you can reach the beaches, food and beverage outlets at the door, where there is a travel service stations,倒还fair price (cheaper than many hotels offer).
