Solo travelers Sweden, February 06, 2013	Central location for for nightlife lovers Reasonable price for the hotel standard and location 8 quite good hotel central and calm placed for people coming to patong to enjoy nightlife, shopping and staying on a crowded beach. funny and helpful girl in reception makes her best to give you the best available room and if you must stay on the fifth floor (no elevator in building b), it is just for few days before a room on lower floor is available. anyway if you accidentally get 5th or 4th floor there is very good and intensive shower in the room, a must when you finally come up.

But they got us a room at a hotel just 20 meters down the road. They paid for the room and gave us most of our money back. So I can't say anything about the hotel, but at least the staff was very helpful.

Solo travelers Australia, January 30, 2013	Quiet location Nice big bathroom 6.3 room was of decent size and comfortable. i liked the bathroom as is big and newly built and came with seperate shampoo and conditioner and soap dispenser, but nothing else like comb, cotton tips, shower cap and toothbrush which you find in similar star accommodations. was staying on the 5th floor which is the top and the room took all the afternoon sun which made it very warm. i found the airconditioner was not powerful enough and took a long time to cool, however after a while does cool adequately. the location is nice and quiet, away from the road and noise and is only 10 minute stroll to bangla road. the restaurant downstairs called patong corner is great! nice breakfast's and a good variety of food on the menu along with fantastic service from staff who genuinely make you feel welcome all the time. my only poor comment is when i checked in (which was only booked on the same day, and may have been last room available) i found a dirty hand towel in the bathroom and the vanity top was not wiped cleaned as there was a small piece of transparent plastic left behind. overall this hotel is value for money with good service. i would stay again.

Couples Australia, January 26, 2013	so so hotel clean and new . 7.7 considering that it is january in phuket this hotel rates are acceptable as hotel are over priced in this period . standerd rooms are very small and not recommended . Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Patong at end january is over crowded , noisy ,hotels extrimly over priced , restaurants and drinks expencive and quality of food poor..

Couples United Kingdom, January 20, 2013	Couples beware Location 6.3 This hotel is in a good location within walking distance of many fish restaurants in both directions at the end of the road and the Day staff in reception are exceptional in offering good service. However couples need beware that we noticed that if your female partner looks remotely Asian and even if both have checked in together via relevant IDs from initial check in for the whole stay, every night from approx 11pm onwards when the same receptionist takes over the night shift, many if those couples can expect to be openly challenged to provide their female ID, with the receptionist following the couple through the hotel while calling out for ID if needs be. Whilst this might be understandable the very first night in any hotel when the same staff member is for some reason not adequately briefed or unaware of whom has checked in, it is quite unreasonable that the same staff member asks the same security check of the same couples 3 or 4 nights in a row, with no apparent recall of the previous security challenges of same people only the night before. It also does not seem to matter if the couples state their room number either to allow a check of their registration. We notice this happened to a number of couples around us whom had already checked in together when the receptionist checked the paperwork, with a number quite annoyed in the mean time as a result. The owners really need to find a better way to check residency than upset registered guest constantly night after night in this way via the same staff member. Until then we cannot recommend

Solo travelers United States of America, January 18, 2013	Budget Hotel in a Good Location Spacious rooms, quiet street, good value 8.3 Centrally located on a quiet soi near markets, beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Recently-refurbished lobby and a relatively spacious room that was clean, quiet and reasonably well designed. Limited staff, but those with whom I dealt were pleasant and attentive. Very few amenities, which likely is why room prices are comparatively low. A reasonably good value for budget travelers.

Everything is new 9.3 We stayed here for one night only, the hotel is new and clean, we like the location where you can find travel agent, hawker foods and less than 15 minutes walking to pubs at Bangla Street. You won't get lose if you know how to walk. We will come back to stay next trip.
