the hotel is new and modern, the staff is very polite and the swimmingpool is just perfect.

the hotel food is very expensive, but this is the case with all the restaurant all over phuket. you should be aware that in low season the place is very quet.

the hotel has its own spot on the beach where you can use the sunchairs. the hotel staff provide towels and water. i was there in low season ( july ) so the beach wasnt ideal for swimming and the waves are high but the beach is nice and quet and so very great for relaxing. if you want to party, dont come here but if you are a family who want to relax at the beach and stay on a beautifull hotel, this is the place for you.

Nightlife Tip : if you want to party - go to patong. a taxi ride from naithonburi resort will cost you 800 bath

Flexible check in Time! Hotel staff really put afford to accomodate our special request on check in and check out time! The hotel is isolated from the city which is good for people who need privacy

The pool has too much chlorine even in a day time! My friend and I have a allergy toward this chlorine.

The hotel is generally good! The beach is very private and vervy quite! A perfect Holiday destination! but still needed to improved on Pool quality! and minor point on hotel environment which still need to be improved eg. hotel facilities like snooker table, bugs, ants and mosquitoes!

Hotel Feature Tip : If yoou looking for quite beach and privacy, this is the hotel for U :)

Great swimming pool; breakfast was very nice with lots of variety; the room was beautiful, clean and updated. Great shower and lots of hot water.

A bit isolated..ie not many restaurants close by and those that were there were often closed for the off-season; no internet available nearby unless you wanted to buy the hotel's very overpriced service; a lack of English language tv stations

My family and I stayed for 3 nights at the Nantonburi Resort. We enjoyed the hotel and the location and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more remote location on Phuket. There were hardly any guests at the hotel when we arrived. The pool is terrific. The room is amazing and the staff were helpful. We highly recommend it to anyone travelling with a family. The only downside, is that it is isolated from the services on the island. So, if you need restaurants or convenience stores these can be difficult to find. We have a car, so we were able to get around to other parts of the island, but without some kind of transportation one could feel stranded.

Travel tip : I really liked that that they provided free bottled water to their guests while using the hotel's umbrellas on the beach. A very nice touch.

Excellent Rooms Good Service Friendly Staff Great Location in front of the Beach, surrounded by Hills at the back. Great Swimming Pool.

There was no free internet. Its a little strange for this time. Having visited durng off season, the room service facility may be a little lagging during peak season.

The hotel is only about ten minutes away from the Phuket airport. Travelers would be better off taking the metered taxi with a counter at the extreme right (as you come out of the arrival lounge). If you can ride a bike, you can get motor bikes from and around the hotel. There's a small German eating joint just outside the hotel, with a great host and a good taste. The beach right in front of the hotel is great. We had a great time. But during off season, there isn't much for the kids to do around the hotel. No shopping or entertainment at walking distance.

Shopping Tip : While on the way to the hotel from the airport you would cross two 7/11 outlets. You'd do good getting things that you need from there. It becomes a little difficult to get things once you are in the hotel, if you do not have your private conveyance.

elegant, absolute beautiful garden design, close to airport, hotel provides shuttle bus to/from hotel/airport but you've got to ask for it (!!!), table tennis. luxurious bathrobes with matching slippers, room comes with tv

wooden based beds - read felt like concrete slabs - 4 pillows which felt like filled with concrete - pool without pool ladders - pool beds with half rotten legs and big potholes beside pool beds - breakfast very Asian orientatde and for the western paying guests stale bread, iffy jam, unripe papaya, and banana's way over the sell-by date, no shuttle bus to town, no public bus to town, no wifi and hotel internet package is outrageously expensive, very feew restaurants, extremely dangerous sea!!!!! not kiddy friendly not senior friendly, shuttle service with someone waiting for you at the airport menas they are invisible and/or write your name in such a fashion that you don't recognise it (!!!!)top floor is so loud that you get the idea that you're stuck in a tumble dryer with lots of marbles, noise is deafening at night! make-believe fitness centre, staff does not understand enough eenglish to get a food order right, no room service, no room/hotel our area information, no pen/paper next to telephone, unacceptable noisy on top floor because of central airco

we stayed 7 nights at the Naithonburi hotel and had 5 days of rain. in that time you get to know the hotel very well. breakfast was a downright disaster with mainly asian food, quarter pot of tea, 7 breakfasts of STALE BREAD/BUNS/CROISSANTS + rationed sugar = 4 per table or room. bathroom = danger zone, no handles on bath, shower comes apart and you'll expect immediately a lawsuit, toilet = an after thought with 1 sheet thick paper, flush=so strong that you'll expect to be sucked-in! no hook to hang bathrobes on, bath slippers are impossible to walk on. pool is an even worse danger zone with no pool ladders, only on 1 side a walk-in slope without any form of railing, no kiddy section. pool beds have rotted legs and beside many of them are dangerously hidden big potholes where the sand has ebbed away. one could easily break both legs and hips. sunshading is way past sell-by-date. outside taxi's are just as outragously expensive as inside. we have been warned by locals that the sea is at the best of times extremely dangerous because of the undertow!!!! many drownings have taken place. we ordered 3 times the same dish and 3 times it came totally different to our table. the last time the chickendish was most certainly not of the feathered variaty! check-out is intimidating and embarrassing because of the checking of the roombar, one feels as if the crown jewels are kept in the refridgerator. we found the guards sleeping under the desk and in front of the lobby tv, they did not speak, understand read or write english. reception staff wwas very welcoming but had difficulty in understanding english. we got a garden view room but had to look at the most depressing and terrible slum shacks we've seen in a long long time! we have booked many times with AGODA but it feel like they buy the worst possible rooms, it is therefor wise to look and book elsewhere!

Travel tip : if you are wise you'll only stay 1 night and don't forget to pack a sleeping tablet if you get a room on the top floor!

Very far away from everything Nice resort, well kept, friendly staff Gorgeous beach with a section for the hotel so very hepful! free airport transfer

OUTRAGEOUSLY expesive to get anywhere (except for the airport)

Lovely place this resort. Very well maintained, nice rooms, good breakfast and decent food in restaurants and room service. Good for families or couples. The beach is literally accross the tiny road and there is a secton for the hotel guests with towels, water, etc... also a cafe owned by the hotel, pretty cool. They asked for 800 Bath to go to Patong beach on a cap, apparently going rate (not the hotel's fault) However, if you fancy it, there is a restaurant/hotel to the left of Naithonburi resort which hires scooters for 300 Bath a day!!! so I got one! Totally recommended if you fancy a getaway to a very isolated area!

there are not many people in the resort. swimming pool is nice comparinig room rate and every thing. Room rate is quite cheaper than other resort in phuket but I am absolutely sure that resort facility and quality are better than other hotels in same price.

I like the hotel so much. We have been here 3 times and going to come again. Very private and romantic place for everybody. The view from room is amazing and you can enjoy it from bathroom with window. I like brakfast in this hotel the best in thailand. the beach small and romantic. I recomend to eat in hotel restorants, very nice thai food carry and tom yam gum. The pool is very beautiful and comfortable.

Travel tip : Very good natural coconut oil in hotel shops

New, clean rooms Good breakfast buffet Good Swimming Pool Quiet beach really close to the hotel

nothing that springs to mind

This hotel is really nice. Ideal for families that want somewhere quiet and secluded away from the bars and nightspots that are normally associated with Phuket. The rooms are new, nicely furnished and clean. The beach is just over the road - and because the hotel is pretty secluded there are not many people on the beach. The pool is pretty good. Food is good, the breakfast buffet is excellent compared to many other hotels in the area and the restaurant on the beach is a nice touch. The only 'down side' is that I would recomend to hire a car for your trip as local taxis are very expensive compared to Bangkok rates (taxis were asking 500-800 baht for a 20km trip which would cost about 250 baht in Bangkok) but this is true of any location you stay at in Phuket.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you take a trip to Phi Phi and want to hire a long tail boat to go around snorkelling contact . He speaks reasonable english, is always smiling and knows the good snorkelling areas. He even jumped in the water with us a few times to help us find some clownfish and angel fish.

Expensive to use internet Improvement to land area infront of block 4 (unfinished) Hotel has own shops - convenient but expensive.

Great location opposite beach. The hotel is well designed and the communal areas leading off the reception are well kept, inviting and very comfortable (perfect for a little escape and to relax).

This hotel has a great atmosphere! There are not so many guests even though the facility is really large. Nice pool, we loved it. The restaurant was very nice as well. It was not expensive at all, but the taste was awesome. It is located very close to the airport as well.

Hotel stuff could not speak good English, so we had a difficulties to communicate with them sometimes. We found out that there is a free shuttle bus to the airport from the hotel after paying for a taxi which even did not show up! They should have told us that there is that kind of service in advance. The room is a bit far from the pool or restaurant even though there were so many empty rooms around these facilities. Around the hotel, there is nothing basically, so I do recommend to stay at this hotel 1 day before your departure.

We would give 6/10 points for this hotel. -1=Hotel was very hard to find. -1=They allocated us very far away from all facilities even though there were many empty rooms closer. -1=They did not give us a morning call even though we asked. We almost missed our flight! -1=They did not inform us there was a free shuttle bus to the airport beforehand. The taxi we booked even came 1 day before our check-out, but the stuff at the hotel did not inform us he came. They told us that we booked the hotel under my husband's name but booked taxi under my name, they could not find us from the customer list on their PC. We gave both information and passports when we checked in, so they could have found us.....

Nightlife Tip : Sun set is beautiful from the hotel beach...

Resort is well designed and looks spectacular

staff need to improve their language skills

We only stayed here for one night, but it was very enjoyable, loved the pool and the cocktails at the pool bar. The grounds were also very nice. The resort was a little out of the way I would have liked to have had some shops near by, but all in all we enjoyed our stay. Nice gift and coffee shop, the lady who worked their was very helpful and their range of gifts was very good. The reception staff were very efficient and arranged our transfer back to the airport without any fuss.

Restaurant Tip : Have dinner on the beach at night very good food and cocktails

Situated just back from one of the loveliest beaches on Phuket, this resort is stylish, well run, featuring friendly staff, an impressive pool and two table tennis tables.

Just one grumble. Wireless Internet reception is poor in the midle rooms between the two wireless aerials.

Phuket is an island in danger of over development. The Northern end where this resort is situated is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt parts of Phuket. Long may that remain the case. So it wins on location and its approximity to the golden sands of Naithon beach.

Nightlife Tip : There isn't much! The nearby Cocnut Tree beach restaurant is pleasant and very reasonable.
