Everything

If you want to party, this isn't the place for you Far from Patong / Rawai where the action is Staff had very limited English Taxis / excursions priced significantly higher in this area

A stunning resort. Excellent breakfast (included) and high quality food all around. Attentive staff. You probably will never get a hot coffee but it doesn't matter because you're in beautiful surroundings. A stunning, luxurious, spacious resort. The room was a great size, the bathroom was gorgeous, clean and simple. Limited recreation options - there is ping pong, foosball and billiards, and a pool. Well manicured grounds. Great value for money. It is 20 mins from the airport. But if you want a party, stay further south around Patong or Rawai.

Clean, good shower in the room and nice setting. Easy access to the beach which is beautiful. It is also located near shops and eateries which makes the location great. Hotel provides free transfers to and from the airport which is only about 10 mins away. Good variety at breakfast.

Standard large hotel with no personality and character - for a hotel of its rating and price I would have expected a little more. Staff (manager and front desk) were a little unfriendly which put us off the hotel at check in.

The hotel has access to a nice beach which is separated from the hotel by a road. It has good amenities. The hotel has wonderful views of a hill (garden facing room) but it being very large we were put in one of the farthest rooms from the main lobby etc which was quite a trek if we needed to return to the room for something. If you are looking for a large commercial hotel where there is no personality and you are just "one of the guests" staying then this is the place to go. The hotel has a fantastic lobby area where you can lounge and is very inviting when you check in, however the remaining of the hotel is just blocks of white concrete with well manicured gardens (this is a standard hotel anywhere in the world). We did not have a pleasant experience at the front desk during check-in when we requested for a late check out (only by half an hour). The front desk staff and manager in particular were extremely unfriendly and did not want to hear anything of a late check out as they claimed they were fully booked.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is worth hiring a motorbike from the front of the hotel and discovering the area. You can ride to the top of the hill beyond the hotel for some fantastic scenery (almost out of a book)!

-Beautiful grounds and pool -Close to incredible beach -Great service and friendly staff -Great food -Great room

-The bed was quite firm

We went here for our honeymoon and couldn't have been happier. We stayed in two other places in Phuket (Patong and Karon Beach) and Naithonburi was by far the best and was incredibly inexpensive for what we got. If you're looking for a quieter vacation on a beautiful beach with good restaurant options, this is the place. If we ever go back to Phuket, Naithonburi will be our place.

Very peaceful, not so crowded and noisy like Patong beach. If you would like to relax, this is the perfect choice for you. The beach is very beautiful. The staff were nice and friendly. The pool is great and there are also other activities like table tennis and snooker.

There is no massage service available in the resort. According to Information in the website, massage is available, but when we asked them, they said that they do not have staffs. They don't change the bed cover in our room for all eleven days long!

I spend there eleven night with my family, who escape from the terrible winter in Europe. We were very happy there.

good location, big room, nice bathroom and very good swimming pool

the pillows are too high and the bed is quite hard

this hotel is located very centre in patong, just come out from the hotel then you can have everything there, shops, restaurants. we arrived the hotel very late at the first night around 11pm, but just outside the hotel the restaurant still opened. and the most important to us is the main shopping mall is just about 5 mins on the right hand side outside the hotel, so convienient to us for shopping. and also the swimming of this hotel surprised me,very nice and clean. remember dont find taxi or tuk tuk outside the mall,it costs you much more, find some private taxi on the street, we 4 people go to the airport just costs 700 batt we ask the tuk tuk it costs 1100 batt. i will stay this hotel again if i go puket again!!

Travel tip : the thai massage usually just cost 400 batt for 2 hours, its diferent from the price list outside, so better to ask before go inside. for the food except from the restaurant on the street, you can find a lots of restaurant just right next to the Millenium hotel.

Good standard. Good staff. Great pool and beach.

A bit isolated if you want action. The hotel has shuttles to Patong both in the day and evening, if one wants to get all action needed. Some local places renting motorbikes, but not enough, was sold out when I was there.

I stayed here on arrival to Phuket. Was expecting high standard and low party factor to help to get into vacation mood. And it was delivered. Try the hotel spa. Very good. Also eat at the three-four restaurants by the beach. Really good value for money. If you don't want to rent motorbike (or more likely they are wold out) it is possible to walk to the small town close by. 10 minutes tithe first bar. Of course there are also taxi for the lazy.

Excellent staff, very good food and good value, some good local restaurants in the area

beach across a small road

Overall this is a very nice hotel to stay and I would certainly recommend it. The rooms were large and very clean (we had 2 connecting rooms as we have children). There is plenty to do with children, ours really enjoyed the free table tennis and snooker; there is also a lovely beach just across a small road and the beach staff were very friendly, ready with beach towels and bottles of water. The hotel food was excellent in terms of quality and value; there are a few other nearby restaurants to choose from too. Naithonburi Beach Resort is in a quiet part of Phuket and is ideal if, like us, you are looking for a peaceful holiday. A lovely hotel.

Restaurant Tip : A great restaurant not far from the hotel called Pinnocio's which cooks homemade, wood fire pizza's.

Great breakfast, tranquil location, beautiful beach

Almost nobody at the hotel speaks good Enlish, 2nd building overlooks poor project boxes

Very happy with the location of the hotel. The beach is amazing and very calm. The hotel grounds are also beutiful, especially the gardens and the pool area. The customer service was not the best. The concierge attendants were not very helpful and did not speak good English.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Used Andaman Tropical to do 1-day Phi Phi island tour - Great tour! Awesome service!

Great room design. Fantastic restaurant. Right near Beach

No explanation given on arrival on where things were situated within the hotel compound

I stayed for 2 nights after living in a basic room for 2 months; and it was the luxury i needed. The bathroom had shutters for a wall that could be opened...so i could watch tv from the comfort of the bath tub!! The food was fantastic and so was the wine selection. Every room had a balcony, which was great to use as the sun went down. Room service was prompt and reasonably priced. They had these great double beds near the pool for sunbathing too.

nice pool and location

a bit out dated

the reason we decided to stay here because it was close to the airport (@ 15 min. drive) since we arive in Phuke at 12 midnight. Hotel set up is very nice and clean, the room is comfortable although a bit out-dated and need upgrade, especially bathroom. The pool is excellent for kids. It's opposite the beach and we most impress how nice the beach is. There isn't much tourists here which make it a nice get away. We would definitely visit this hotel again. It was well worth the money. The breakfast was above average.

Beautiful room and location.

Barely any vegetarian food at breakfast or dinner menu. Many ants in the room.

It's a perfect location, a beautiful resort, and the room is spectacular. Ants in the room and lack of vegetarian food were a disappointment though.

Restaurant Tip : Vegetarians must go elsewhere.

beautifull spot

nothing, except maybe for the crew from the charter airlines with the trolley bags early in the morning, although not a big issue

this is one of the most pleasant hotels i know, i have been staying there many times and totally love it and the surroundings this is a secret you really should keep to yourself so it can be like this for several years more, seems like the Russians and some eastern Europeans like this spot a lot not, sure why but they are not the nasty kind you find in Pattaya so it does not bother me, say good morning to them, its fun they never reply. I have been to every city in Thailand in a period of 15 years and discovered this place by an accident 2 years ago when a flight was canceled, been back many times since, the restaurants along the road are very good fresh seafood and international cuisine, there is a couple of bars too, there is one at the end of the beach on the right side which i really like owner is "Em" very pleasant guy and very good with customers this is a place where you bring your girlfriend or wife (not at the same time )and relax on the beach

Travel tip : if you want to hire a car for travel in high season you better reserve the day before

Lovely hotel. Quiet location and resort. Brilliant place to unwind. Very large, empty pool with loads of sunbeds and hammocks. Section on quiet beach reserved for hotel.

None - best hotel so far in Thailand

Beautiful hotel and resort, lovely gardens and pool and beach opposite (across the very quiet road which has about one car/bike per minute). Good selection of cheap restaurants, although the food in the hotel is excellent. Beach safe but with some excellent rollers which makes going into the sea good fun. Cannot fault the hotel nor the resort and definitely one we would go back to. My first hotel to get full marks. Free transfers to the airport.
