Few parking lots, lots of flies, water runs soft

Welcomed by unfriendly securities who rudely direct us out of the hotel to external parking space without asking questions.
Understandably that Phuket has water shortage problem but as a hotel, there should be some water tank installed, but this is not the case. The water runs very soft and once, even black, dirty water came from the tap too.
Lots of flies in the restaurant area too.
