I'm going to this hottel every time that I'm coming to phuket.
Its beautiful good places to eat around.
The staff are very nice and their is very good English.
The staff at the front desk upgrade my room for a better room for free!
I'm going to go there again.

Not for the first time there was some peculiar obsession with locating me in the block of rooms set apart from the swimming pools, even though I had booked the Oriental wing. Moving rooms wasted a complete day of my week which is not something I appreciate on a tight business schedule.
Since the hotel hasn't moved it is still well located for the airport but the "low season attitude" of some restaurant staff beggars belief. The staff are far too busy with their card game, preferring to tell patrons there is no toast/fruit juice.whatever. The Linda restaurant and Royal indian continue their usual good service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Travel on Phuket is expensive and this car rental company is reliable and provides a cheaper alternative to taxis if you are doing a lot of travelling

A theorical good hotel became on a simple one.
Close to the airport of phuket

A theorically cheap hotel, where there was no free wifi, the service to the airport was really expensive (we had to pay because there was no other way to go...).
A hotel that really wants to be a 4 star hotel, but then has some details as the poor shower that clarifies that it's a 3 star one.
Swimming pool was ok, too warm for my point of view.

I'm a professional wedding photographer and travel regularly for wedding shoot.
This is one of the most horrible hotel I ever stayed in.
The room looks old and quiet cheap but what caught my attention is how rude the hotel reception was.
I check in at around midnight and the person maning the reception desk mention about how cheap of a deal I were able to get through Agoda. He said it in a rude manner. I have never encounter something like this before.
Nothing about this hotel is professional and I will never ever stay in this hotel again.

I am a regular visitor to this resort and have found it to be superior to others in the immediate area. Little has changed about the place but this was off-season with very few visitors to the beach. With inclement weather the evenings were wet windy and dark so we were the only people dining in Linda restaurant and in the Royal India restaurant on the previous evening. This was a business trip and off-season this area has little to offer tourists. Even breakfast was an ordeal and I would up driving to the airport to get a meal.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This area has little to offer during the off-season unless you are into wind-surfing, for which the beach is popular, but it is a good clean quiet place to stay. You will need to hire a car in order to visit other parts of the island.

Not bad for being so close to the airport
Reasonable rooms, near to restaurants / bars and the airport.

a convenient place to stay for a stopover. close to a reasonable beach, with lots of cafes and bars nearby. rooms are reasonably spacious (although the beds are hard) and the hotel has a nice swimming pool available. one downside was that they did try to charge me for the room again when i checked out, even though the room had been pre-paid through agoda.

We are becoming regular visitors to this resort. The breakfast at Rotcharin restaurant across the road is proving to be a good move.
This time the resort was virtually deserted since it is low season but the resort was still overflowing with staff clearing away leaves and cleaning pools.
This is a pretty quiet location very popular with kite surfers. Good restaurants, no shortage of massage parlours (the all charge the same price) but little in the form of Western entertainment. This is everything Patong beach isn't.
Restaurant Tip:
Rotcharin restaurant opposite the resort. Good for breakfasts especially.

Having been pleased with this hotel on the first visit we returned to benefit from our earlier experience. The close proximity to the airport is also very useful.
This time we booked room only and took breakfast at the beach restaurant across the road. This was a very good idea as the hotel cook, bless him, even has trouble frying an egg.
The hotel gave us free upgrades and the new rooms were a definite improvement, being larger with more electrical sockets.
I know visitors have commented about the extra charge for internet connection, at ThB 900 for three days, but there is free internet at the reception area and with rooms this cheap it is not unreasonable to pay for any extras.
Staff were cheerful, as before, and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and nobody seemed to mind that we shunned their breakfast.
We've concluded the two smaller turtles are gay.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Book room only and get breakfast from across the road. This restaurant has many good points but their restaurant isn't one of them.
