A simple but pleasant room in beautiful gardens
very close to beach, 3 quiet pools, nice gardens

Good, i will come back in case necessary. The gardens were well baintained, the service was good. The room, especially the bathroom, a little old. They should clean up better the places they think nobody sees (for instance when you look out of the small bathroom window you see a mess).

Quiet area, good for couples

After a week in Patong, I looked forward to a quieter 3 nights, for a solo traveller I found it too quiet. Hotel was acceptable but not great, no activities, aircon noisy and dripping, shower/toilet in good room needed better clean, fortunately bed was big and comfy. Beach was awesome, swimming was easy, Baan Ra Tree restaurant fanastic and good price, loads of food and drink options outside hotel, no free service to airport (200 THB), would stay again with partner but no more than 1-2 nights.

Disappointing compared to first visit
Leaving as i was not happy staying here, relatively quiet at the back, some nice plants in the garden

Very poor compared to first stay here. Internet only in lobby and not good. Lobby is full of mosquitos. Room had many flies and broken light in bathroom. Room was a long walk - over 4 mins to reception.
staff were rude and tried to rip me off for transport.
I would not stay here again

Shopping Tip:
You will need to organize transport to shopping centers which are far from this location.

I have stayed there before and will do so in the future as it is conveniently close to the airport. I find the staff friendly and cooperative. You can walk out of the hotel, cross the road and you are on the beach where there are many small restaraunts with tables on the sand.
Nightlife Tip:
There isn't too much around so need to go elswhere.
