Rooms were dirty and they didnt clean those even we asked. Toilet dosent work. Next building was girlbar and in the area behind that building were lot of girlbars.

Worst reception, bad hotel...

You will be "welcomed" without a smile or hello. You will be asked 2000 bahts as a deposit for damaged room. No window in the rooms so it smells bad.
There is a balcony on the 5th floor which could be nice if not used to party all night: impossible to sleep.
The day after we had a tour and nobody came so I asked the reception if they could give a call. After insisting he did agree and charged me 20bahts which is I think 10 times the normal price.
Do not expect to have wifi in the rooms : there is Internet in the reception only (when it works). I will not come back in this hotel nor recommend it.

Worst hotel experience in a long time

The reception is unfriendly and not helpful. At 10PM the front door was closed, the hotel reception decided to leave his desk, we had to wait outside for ten minutes, the doorbell and phone were left unanswered. A taxi driver informed us this was normal for this hotel. The location is fine but the streets were noisy and the windows thin. We booked two nights and left after the first, that's how terrible this hotel is. Find something else, avoid the Neptuna!
