We were looking for a cheap place to stay for a couple of nights before our accommodation spot over a wedding. This was perfect! Just unfortunately located best a dump site. I think they're developing near by, so maybe once it's finished it will be more attractive. Will probably stay there again.
Travel tip:
You'll need a mode of transport if staying here. Nothing is near by.

A fantastic little hotel with extremely friendly staff , it is a familyrun hotel , the rooms are absolutely great and you get very good value for your money !!!
Travel tip:
Go up on the roof and just feel the relaxing atmosphere or swim a little in the pool , take some free fruits or coffee

You will be warmly welcomed and helped by owners. We could not get a taxi (or TukTuk) so the owners drove us.
The only con is the location so you will need to get a bike or rent a car. TukTuk are pretty expensive: 300Bahts from the entry of Patong.

Everything about this hotel is great except its location. It's close to Kamala (about 8 minutes on a bike), but Kamala is such a sleepy place. It feels like the beach is in a coma. And Patong is just too far, even on a bike.
But if you just want a clean place and not be near ocean and restaurants and not see anyone, then this is a good place, even though I'd say you may find better value for your money.

Opened in january 2012. Everything is new and everything works.
Free coffee downstairs and it is a very cleen hotel.
Rooms are big and the bed are great.
Hotelstaff are very nice and helps out with everything.
But you do need a motorbike if your staying at this hotel.
There are Tuk Tuk on the road but it cost alot taking tuk tuk everyday.
Its close to Kamala were there is wonderful restaurants.

the hotel is located on a quiet side street off the main road to kamala from patong. though kamala beach is not within walking distance it's only about a 5 minute drive (up a steep hill on a busy street) away. it's really easy to get a tuktuk from the main road and no one complains because they're going there anyways!
the rooms are big and roomy with big, comfortable, clean beds. the huge windows make the room bright and open.
the owners are lovely, kind people. they are accomodating and made the stay that much better.

Lovely staff, spacious rooms
We were upgraded on our arrival, the room was airy and spacious, the staff so very friendly.

the hotel is ideally placed halfway between the busy patpong beach and the calm kamala beach, you will need a car or a motorbike for transport. on arrival we were upgraded, our room was spacious and airy, we had a small balcony which was useful for drying clothes, the view was not that great but i did not come here to look out of my window. a lovely private small but adequate pool and sun area. the staff were lovely people and all were so helpful, a very friendly place to stay, and will do again.
Travel tip:
Please be careful if hiring motorbike, the sand on the roads can be worse than a wet road. Go to the far end of Bang Thao Beach, great bars and restaurants.

situe entre patong et kamala beach,charmant hôtel a la décoration contemporaine,la famille thaï sont au petit soins pour vous.prévoir a l'arrivée une location de scooter auprès d eux.il est prudent de récupérer leurs numéros de téléphone fixe et mobile sur leur site http://nicharesidence.com/ pour une arrivée après 22h00,ainsi que pour les taxis qui ne comprennent pas toujours l adresse.la piscine est petite ne pensez pas faire des longueurs de bassin.pas possible de se restaurer sur place.
Nightlife Tip:
a 5 km de l agitation de patong et a 3km de kamala beach,hôtel plutôt familial et couple desirant tranquillité nocturne

Un bâtiment au milieu de rien. Personne ne parle anglais et la piscine à la taille d'une baignoire !
