The Coffee House An international buffet as well as a la carte dining is available at the Coffee House. A different buffet dinner is served every night.
The Rueng Thong For luxurious dining, Ruen Thong, an authentic Thai restaurant, meticulously prepares Thailand’s world famous culinary delicacies, served with traditional Thai hospitality.
The Hourglass With enchanting sunset views, The Hour Glass awaits you with cocktails, or after dinner enjoy live jazz band in the cozy atmosphere of the pub.
The Old Fisherman On a terrace on the northern side of Patong bay sits one of the Novotel Coralia Phuket's eateries: The Old Fisherman. Against a backdrop of palms and distant surf, the restaurant tables are set with modern blue earthenware and goblet water-glasses that provide an interesting contrast to the Thai atmosphere of dark bamboo and Kim musicians.

very clean and quiet.3 restaurants.3 pools 2 tennis courts and ping pong table.
very steep hill or alot of stairs to rooms.extra guest stay overnight expensive.
good hotel for families, with 3 restaurants 3 swimming pools, friendly staff,a table tennis table and 2 tennis courts.beach 100mtrs away and in quiet part of patong.rooms in the 100s to 200s are at front of hotel, ie less of a walk.hotel does have a free tuk tuk at entrance to drive up hill but was never there when i came back so walked up stairs.traffic also drives on right lanes instead of left so beware at all times even traffic going wrong way down one way streets.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : a must do is a trip to phi phi or one of the other many islands around phuket.pristine beaches and friendly locals with snorkelling and wild monkeys on monkey island(just a beach really that u swim to off ferry where about 30 monkeys frolic),even better if u can afford speedboat which can go into the many bays that the ferry cannot go.

Close to party, but without the noise and hassle. Great views of Patong Bay as the hotel is on a big hill. Dinner buffet is good.
Some rooms can be far from check in desk. Older hotel. Big hill to lobby(FREE shuttle provided though)
Great choice for those who want to be close to the party of Bangla, but still want a relaxing stay. Hotel is only a 15 minute walk or cheap tuk tuk ride from the nightlife. The hotel offers a much needed FREE shuttle from the entrance up a big hill to the lobby. BEWARE: if a local or foreigner comes up to you asking if you speak English, walk away. It is a scam trying to get you to buy timeshare property. They were all over Phuket this time I went.
Restaurant Tip : For cheaper breakfast, there is a small coffee shop across the street from the hotel entrance"The daily Grind" that offers full English breakfast for a tenth of the hotel's cost.

Beautiful views of the ocean, secluded location that was just far enough from the busy areas but not too far to walk, attentive staff, cleanliness of facilities
Spa only had 4 employees on hand and filled up too quickly for us to book any services, breakfast buffet was overpriced (~15 USD pp)
The hotel was easy to locate by taxi. The staff was very friendly and all interactions were pleasant. The hill to the main entrance of the hotel that was complained about in many other reviews was not so bad for us. However, we are all in our mid-twenties. I could imagine it to be a challenge for older travelers. There is a free shuttle available to take you up the hill. The hotel was beautiful and had a true resort feel.
Restaurant Tip : Try the Sea Hag restaurant for an amazing seafood restaurant. It is much smaller than some of the large seafood restaurants seen along the main strip and you will need to take a tuk tuk or walk about 25 minutes. However, it is worth every bit of effort to get there. Their menu is traditional Thai/seafood and the owner of the restaurant (Kenya) will make sure that your experience is nothing short of spectacular. The prices are very reasonable (~130 USD for 6 people with 2-3 rounds of drinks). Also, we ate food such as salads that we had tried to avoid during our trip in order to prevent any stomach upset and we were just fine afterwards. We enjoyed our experience so much that we returned for a second night in a row!
