Amazing Hotel

Loved this hotel. It sets on top, overlooking Patong. The facilities are beautiful, rooms are 1st class and staff is very helpful. Was able to rent motor bike in lobby. Truly loved this hotel!
Restaurant Tip:
Try Baan Rim Pa very near to hotel (right turn at exit gate). Beautiful romantic view at night. First class restaurant, to impress someone special

A nice resting place for just 2 of us

price for place shd include breakfast would be better, longer distance & time out for shuttle bus for us to move in potong beach. but i still like to stayin, as the place is beautiful.Food looks pretty gd but too bad i didn't get to eat, hopefully nx yr i can try the meals in the resort. will consider to bring my kids to stay in Novotel resort.

go to phuket town to shop, cheaper

Ideal for quiet relaxation, the surrounding has very much privacy. Is good that you rent a motorbike to travel around as ammenities are quite a distance away.

We arrived on an international flight at 1.30am very very tired, when we arrived the front desk manager was very kind and speedily got us to our clean and comfortable room with our luggage. I have travelled around the world regularly staying in accommodation at awkward hours, This stay was the best in friendliness and speediness I have recieved. Thankyou Melissa Griith

Novotel Phuket Resort is value for money
The Deluxe Room Docor in traditional Thai style is nice. The swimming pool with tiers is suitable for swimmers in different age. Front Desk staff are polite and helpful particular Concierge staff.

Overall we are happy to stay there, a good place for those who want a quiet and secluded place. The pool is great with 3 tiers.
But the hotel location is a little bit far if you want to explore phuket, find restaurants etc.

The stay was very pleasant. The room had a big balcony and an amazing seaview where you can watch the sunset from. The deco in the room was very warm and comfortable.
Location wise, it is tucked at one corner of patong beach, which is rather convenient. Only downside was that it was situated on the hill, and walking up and down to the hotel and the rooms was quite tiring, especially after a full day of activities. There are shuttle bus that breaks you up from the bottom of the hill to the hotel lobby, but sometimes i just did not watch to wait and walked up instead.
All in all, it was an very positive experience. Would recommend it!

Great Time in Phuket
- Beautiful view from the room and the hotel in general

My brother and I chose this hotel for our short vacation in Phuket based on the reviews we had read and we were very pleased with our decision. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who showed us to our room and helped us with all our questions over the next two days. The room was clean and had everything we needed plus a great view of the beach. We enjoyed the pools at the hotel and the ease of getting down to the beach/shops/restaurants. My only complaint is the price of the dinner buffet at the hotel. While the food was great, the price was incredibly high and left us wishing we would've gone elsewhere to eat. The hotel was very helpful about holding our bags after we checked out and helping us place a couple of phone calls. I will definitely stay here if I return to Phuket.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is much cheaper to book tours through vendors in the city instead of booking them at any hotel
