Great location, nice staff service

Overall it's good. Location is great, only take a few minitues walk to Patong beach and hot spot in town .Staffs are friendly and nice , expect the service at the bar not efficient deliver drink and hard to communicate to them in English ,I think mostly cant speak English that well which is I think it shouldn't happen in European management .swimming pool are awesome , if you book pool access room which you could just walk out balcony and jump into pool, jacuzzi just outside of balcony and it's link with pool.The spa right now doing promotion buy 1get 1 free which is great deal. For new hotel just opened one year,maintanance doesn't do that well, bathtub in my room seems have been repaired .

Amazing pool!

I don't like Patong, but this hotel is great. I will definitely stay here again. The pool is huge. Its pretty central but not too close to the beach. Its also a bit of a walk to Bangla Rd, so you won't have to deal with the sleaze around the hotel. The lobby is grand, and staff very helpful. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Look forward to coming back.

location is near to the beach ... nearly about 5-8min walk... centrally located with lots of eateries along both road sides ... near to everything you want shopping, massage places, pubs and etc

I really enjoyed my stay. Would stay there again on my net trip to Phuket. There was a little grocery store in the lobby with anything you needed, from soft drinks to bikinis and sun screen for the beach for street prices. The spa had a buy one get one free offer on any spa package which was really nice as well.
