air conditioner is not very cold enough, and ants and mosquitos inside :( no bath tub in room, but staffs are nice, pool is great, big, pool bar is nice too, but pool water is not very clean.

location is good, near the juncylon plaza and patong beach, takes about 10 mins walk to those places. outside looking is great, luxury and thai style, pool is big and beautiful but water is quite dirty, can't even take a video inside the water.
my stay was not very nice due to the broken balcony door, i travelled with mom, I told the hotel staff that one of the balcony door was broke then two staffs came and try to repair the door lock, they said they will make it within 5 mins, and after 5 mins my frd called me and asked if i am ready to go to the lobby for late supper, then i asked the staffs how long will the repair be finished and they said 10mins! 5 and then 10 and then I came back they said that they can't fix it, and then I asked for changing room, and they said they were full booking and couldn't arrange me another room and i have to wait til tmr. then the day after the arrival day, they gave me another room, thanks god the balcony doors were all broke which is worst than the room before, ha, I went to the front desk and talked to the manager and the manager arranged me another room again, and this time i told them to try the lock and make sure the condition of the room must be perfect! this time the balcony doors are perfect, locks are working, then i went to swim which my frds all waited me for long, when i went back to the room, there were staffs fixing the room door, the lock of the room door were broke! i was mad and finally i asked for refund for a night! I just can't believe novotel's hotels are like this? I have to change 3 rooms! I was tired of settling this up and after 30 mins the lock was fixed and me and mom decided to stay this room, but the lock was ugly, you can still see the broken wood . the hotel didn't refund to me becuz I booked them with agoda, and finally gave me 55 mins of oil massage at their spa corner and one dinner buffet. the buffet was suck, no drinks at all, they cost if you jsut want water. tyvm! angry!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
me and frds rent motorbikes and we went to chalong and karon to see the beach, phuket zoo, wat chalong(big temple) and water ski. this is super convenient! and fullfil my phuket trip! also, near novotel there is a tour kiosk, the kiosk is between two currency kiosk. price and tour from this kiosk are nice! the woman is nice too, introduces the tour very good.

The Novotel has a resort feeling with the touch of Thai culture on it. The lobby is great, very nice staff from we checked-in even until we checked-out, they still served us drinks while waiting our airport pick-up.
Huge room with bath tub, nice swimming pool, fast wifi connection in all hotel areas.
Truly recommended!
Nightlife Tip:
There are lots of street food stalls at night in the hotel neighborhood which is a must try to enjoy the tasty Thai cuisine.

Nice and comfortable Hotel

A comfortable and relaxing hotel located in a convenient location. Not far away from the beach and the shopping mall. The restaurant "Square" serves nice food at reasonable price. However, the Manager's (at reception) professional service is questionable, who seems only know to greet customers but never follow-up with enquiries. When I was looking for her, she was always in a meeting.

เดินไปไม่ไกลก็ถึงซอยบางลา แหล่งเที่ยวกลางคืนของภูเก็ต ป่าตอง คนเยอะมาก มีหลากหลายโชว์ให้ได้ชม มีให้เลือกหลายราคา เดินเล่นได้ทั้งคืน

너무 깔끔하고 깨끗한 호텔
호텔 주변의 환경에 비해 호텔 내부의 시설은 너무 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다.

호텔 밖에서 보면 주변 환경 때문에 화려하게 만들어진 입구 건조물에 비해 괜찮을 호텔일까 하는 생각이 들었습니다. 그런데 입구에 들어가지까 분위기가 달랐습니다. 확실히 특급호텔 답게 고급스러운 분위기. 특급호텔 치고는 조금 작다는 느낌이지만 이곳 푸켓의 호텔은 거의 이정도의 규모인 것 같습니다. 전체적으로 시설이 깨끗하고 구조적으로 입구 외에는 외부와 차단되어 있어 성 같은 느낌입니다. 특히 건물중앙에는 수영장으로 채워져 있어 아이들하고 놀기에도 좋습니다. 호텔이 바다가에서 조금 떨어져 있는 것이 단점이지만 파탕시내 중앙에 있어 주변에 다니기가 용이합니다.

호텔 내 실외수영장 시설이 너무 좋습니다. 아이들이 있는 경우 호텔 수영장에서 놀아도 좋을 것 같습니다.

酒店的服务，设施都不错。过个路口，走过3几分钟就可以到沙滩，去江西泠也蛮近的。游泳池漂亮干净，不想去沙滩浴，泡泡泳池也是不错的选择。有池景房，打开门就可以跳进泳池

很大气，很美丽的酒店。服务也很好，泳池特别美，女儿每天都要去泳池泡泡。食物也很美味，价格也适中。可惜就是不在海边，看不到海景。周边环境有点吵杂，不是很安静的那种。不过靠酒吧街和BIG C蛮近的，走路大概10分钟，对了，靠海鲜排挡街也很近。MINI吧里居然没有任何东西。性价比不错，我下次去的话还会入住的。酒店里的消费也不贵，可以接受。
